We just wanted, with friends, a quick getaway with a short as possible flight. This resort was recommended to us in the past. Cable beach is beautiful and nice to walk along. The staff were all great but no daytime entertainment to talk about. Food wise the salad bar at the buffet was great but everything else was very disappointing. Food dried out and very uninviting. A La Carte restaurants, only one open nightly and they were all so so, really not one excellent meal. Of course breakfast was very good and good selection as well. No refrigerators or clock radios in the rooms, they were clean though but needed definite updating. Nearly pulled my shoulder out of the socket trying to open the sliding door. I guess not updated and maintained with the ocean salt etc... Noise level at night once the band started up in the main entrance was extremely loud as it is in a open air area. If you read they are a pickle ball resort, forget that. The courts were disgusting! We had to get someone to clean off the sand etc...very run down. Resort definitely needs major TLC. Overall I would say you get what you pay for and we would definitely pay more to get more next time. Very disappointing trip overall.

The staff were all very nice and professional. A few names I remember Manny with our luggage and greeting us, Cecil in the dining area and Dezerene a breakfast cook. I came in October for family visit and sadly returned in November for funeral. I will definitely return and hope to see the same staff. Thanks!

50th Birthday Bash
If you have met anyone from Buffalo, NY, you know we are crazy and like to have a good time! There were 17 of us that stayed and did it up in true Bills Mafia style! The bartenders serves it up and really all the staff was amazing and accommodating to a large group. The entertainment was great and my favorite part was that crew. They made us feel like we had new friends. It was my birthday and I couldn’t have felt anymore celebrated by strangers who became friends…the other guests too! This has been my most memorable and fun trip ever! ❤️

This property is challenged at best. The location is very good. Beautiful beach. The staff were great. Vast majority were smiling and happy. Tenders, wait and bus staff, front desk were super. The food was cold on occasion. Buffet was below average. Speciality restaurants weren't that special. Liquor was mostly well liquor. Don't expect a bourbon or nice tequila. Especially at the pool bar. From 10am to 6pm the only bar open was the pool bar. After 30 years it's time for a remodel. Old school look and feel. Bathroom was poor shape. Water was cold on several occasions, Bathroom was kept clean but falling apart. Toilet paper holder literally falls out of the wall. No cable or live TV without your own subscription. This is a low budget, 30+ year old property that needs a renovation. Come on Breezes Corporate. This is a nice location, step and make it nice.

Can’t wait to return to Breezes!
Perfect location for a five day getaway. The beach is breathtakingly, beautiful, and the staff are the warmest and most welcoming I have ever experienced in many years of travel. Two that stood out were Geno in entertainment, and our dining room server Cecil. First trip that we have taken that we had no interest in heading out to town or any place else. This is the most relaxed I have felt in decades! Looking forward to coming back and definitely telling all my family and friends to add it to their list too!
