Dec 08, 2025Not relaxing environment and bad beach
Terrible experience. I got food poisoning and was out 2 of the 7 days I was there. The food was okay but everything took forever. There was no “calm” pool. Both have loud music or lots of stuff going on. The beach is not the clear blue beaches. It’s dark water and it’s not because of seaweed. Most people don’t even go to the beach. I never saw one person in the water.

Experience of a lifetime
Had an incredible time at this resort and can’t say enough good things about the staff. They truly made our stay feel special from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Robert and Juan Carlos at the Xcelerate pool — they were always so friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs every time we saw them. Their service really took our experience to the next level. The overall vibe of the resort was fun, relaxing, and welcoming. Between the great service, beautiful setting, and positive energy, it’s the kind of place you look forward to coming back to. I’d happily return every year and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Lots of fun. Great food!
We want to recognize the incredible entertainment staff — especially Angel — for his outstanding work during our stay. Angel made our day-to-day experience at Breathless truly unforgettable. He consistently went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and ensure my wife and I were having the best time possible. His energy, attention, and genuine care are a huge part of why we enjoyed this trip so much. If for nothing else, we would return to Breathless solely for the amazing entertainment team — and particularly Angel. He is a true standout and deserves to be recognized!
