  Fantastic Resort

  The rooms, service and cleanliness of this hotel is top notch. Really enjoyed our experience at this resort. Spinning classes were outstanding!

  Stay Away from UVC & Breathless Cancun Soul

  Stay away from UVC & Breathless Cancun Soul! They will lie and steal your money! The sales presentation was an extremely high-pressure experience, full of misleading promises. What was supposed to be a 60-minute meeting turned into over 5 hours of nonstop, high-pressure tactics. Many of the verbal promises made during the presentation were later proven to be false or misleading. Two couples signed and were promised ownership for all four of us, but only two people were listed as owners, which directly contradicts what was promised and constitutes material misrepresentation. They took us to a luxury room during the presentation and told us these were the rooms we would receive—or better—when booking through the program. This was false. The program only offers upgrades one tier above what you pay for, and only if available, which was not explained at all. We were told we’d pay $85–$100 per night for the luxury rooms, but this pricing was unrealistic and unattainable in practice. The program does not pay for itself as promised. We were told we would receive FREE NIGHTS. When we attempted to use them, we learned that depending on the hotel, it may require using two or even three paid nights to receive one free night, which was NEVER DISCLOSED during the sale. The program also has hidden fees that weren’t mentioned upfront. They only give you 5 days to cancel, so by the time we realized how misleading everything was, it was already too late. Two months later, they tried to upsell us to a more expensive membership. We canceled and filed a formal complaint with PROFECO. Avoid this company—they’re only out for your money.

  Fun suckers

  The resort is overall decent. We were very disappointed that pool volleyball lasted 30 minutes each day and the staff wouldn’t even let it up, literally sucked the fun right out of the moment. The staff were ok but they weren’t as personal compared to other resorts. Food was a 6/10. The pools are a bit odd, party pool on the one roof you gotta pay for anything you sit on. It’s not an all inclusive resort when you gotta pay to sit or lay out in the sun. If we didn’t have couples to hang out with we would have been bored out our minds.

  Fun Fun Fun

  This was my second time at Breathless Cancun and it did not disappoint. I came back for the vibrant daytime festivities and the delicious buffet food. I found the food to be fresh and there was so much variety at the buffet to eat healthy. My daily regulars were the fresh made omelets, fruit with chia and the delicious cappuccino's. Service was always friendly and prompt. The entertainment team was always fun, engaging and energetic. I especially loved the rooftop yoga in the morning with the gorgeous views and the aqua size classes.

  Amazing stay!

  Amazing stay at Breathless Soul— every element of the trip was incredible, from the food and rooms to the amenities and exceptional staff. A special shoutout to Ferran and the activities team for their energy and enthusiasm in making each & every day so enjoyable! They went above and beyond, elevating the experience beyond a relaxing vacation and making it truly fun and unforgettable.
