Great service
Husband and I got the day passes. Super worth it! Food and drinks were great! Got a good spot on the beach and our server, Franco, was the absolute best! Thanks Franco!

The location by the marina is awesome. The atmosphere is very romantic. The rooms are awesome and the beds are comfortable. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean. The noise level is a bit high, but they give you ear plugs.

William was our server every day when we visited the pool. Friendly, fast, you wanted for nothing. We really enjoyed him

Feb 19, 2026Not 5 star, 3 star at best. Food is not great
This was our first time to Cabo, we arrived mid march with friends who often visit this area. The hotel is in a great location but needs a major overhaul. Rooms are outdated (bad lighting, doors do not close properly etc.) Shower was good, Balcony was great over looking the harbor. We did order a double room, but on arrival had already switched us to a King (the wife was not happy). I move a lot and it keeps her awake. They told us to speak to the concierge (and she was great) could change rooms the next day as the arrival day was already full..ok we could work with that.. (we actually ended staying in the same room.) Bar areas were nice, Pool by the beach was nice majority of the servers were great,...except one Mariano (i think that was his name). We polity asked for an Umbrella and told we could not have one on the Sun deck (one step up from the main pool level!!)_The day before it was not an issue, that waiter was Franco...great guy and service. However this guy decided it was to much work...So just in front of the beds we were originally on were two free beds and an already open Umbrella, so we took those beds. Maybe 10mins later this waiter decided to give this Umbrella to another guest, i did say wait....what are you doing, we are using this umbrella, to which he gave me a look like i was a piece of Crap and continued taking the Umbrella..and continued to give umbrellas to other guests, Of course this infuriated me..After approx 30 - 40mins (and i have to say somehow done this politely) i called the waiter over and asked for his name, to which he told me and then questioned why....I said does not matter why, to which he responded straight away "i'll bring over an Umbrella"...haha. Yes we got the umbrella in about 1 min but i was already done with him and his attitude...definitely in the wrong business of Hospitality. I also later found out that our friends had him the first day as a waiter, gave him a $20 tip when he brough the first drinks, then never saw him again... Anyway, I can say he was the the worst, and not a reflection of all the other staff we interacted with, who were great, very attentive and super friendly. Back to the pools....the small pool by the lobby could be lovely, but has trim falling off, nails sticking out...so be careful. Now the food...multiple restaurants, first night, 6 of us ate at the Italian, all enjoyed our meal, on subsequent nights where we could not get tables at other restaurants (and you cannot reserve, even for a table of 6) it was not as good. We found this at all restaurants, the inconsistency was terrible. The breakfast buffet was great one morning, the next morning was terrible. I think they used the left overs and placed it out the next day, Scrambled eggs were hard, chewy...awful...And was not just me the other couples agreed. Bites restaurant was good for breakfast and lunch, but still inconsistent in the quality. Entertainment was pretty poor, Burlesque show was not Burlesque, it looked like they just made the routine up in the morning (Singer was good though)..So wouldn't make myself wait around for the shows. All in all, its a shame because the hotel could be fantastic, great location, its just very disorganized and needs a good overhaul in maintenance and food quality. Would i stay here again..No, would i recommend it..No
