Wilfredo was the absolute best waiter, he was always smiling and was a magician with bringing the drinks when they were ALMOST empty, would love to have him every time I eat. Te Food was absolutely amazing too! 5 stars all day long! I definitely would recommend this place.

Vacation with no comfort and anxiety is no vacation at all. Lacked seating around the pools/ beach area. People were literally reserving seats with nothing available after 6am. .This place need 2x seat increase NOW. I cannot recommend for that reason...

Feb 17, 2025Order a chair from Amazon and take it with you!!! You can re-sell the chair before you leave!
If you are looking to have a sleep I'm then avoid going here!! You have to get up at 5:30 to reserve a chair bybthe pool, 4 ish if you want a chair by the beach! There are only 4 thatched huts for shade so be there to reserve a spot at 4 am!!! Management need not bother to reply toy complain, just go buy more chairs! Also fix the a/c in the gym!!

Beautiful resort. The grounds are well kept. The rooms are old but clean. The food in all restaurants was excellent. The entertainment was excellent.The beach and main pool was well maintained. Now the negatives As others have said getting a lounge chair around the pool or beach was a challenge. We discovered that if you want a lounge in the shade you had to be up by 530am and if you were not d I wn by 630 am you did not get a lounger. I saw old people having to lay on the concrete. When we checked in there were 7 people in front of us. It took 1 hour and 5 minutes to check in. Checking out took 48 minutes. The bars are serving cheap alcohol. We saw the bartenders at the swing bar pouring the cheap tequila into expensive bottles. This is a family resort and is over run with kids However, I would recommend this resort for families as it is a great value for the money. They are constantly trying to get you to upgrade to a club called circle one. If you upgrade you get a lounger in a spot with shade, better alcohol and access to frequent golf carts to get you around.

Fantastic staff!
Staff excellent ! Fernando at the Festival buffet … , pleasant , polite , funny and very personable . All restaurants delicious , great presentation . Clean , comfortable accommodations. Given a 4 only because of low number of beach chairs.
