I stayed at the Bellagio in August 2025, and if you want that classic “Vegas but make it elevated” trip, this hotel delivers. The lobby alone feels like stepping into a little slice of luxury, and checking in was smoother than I expected for how busy it was. My room had a fountain view, and honestly, that made the entire stay. I watched the water shows at night from my window, and it felt like my own private experience without the crowds. The room itself was clean, cool, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. If you’re visiting in August, the air conditioning is a lifesaver. The pool area was beautiful, though it does get crowded midday. I recommend going early if you want a quieter spot. Food and drinks are on the pricey side, but that’s pretty standard for the Strip. A few things to note: the casino area can get smoky, especially in the evenings, so if you’re sensitive to that, plan your time accordingly. And if you want a more updated room, definitely book one of the renovated floors or a fountain-view room. Overall, I’d absolutely stay again. The location is perfect, the atmosphere feels special, and the fountains really are worth the hype. My tip: splurge for the view, go to the pool early, and enjoy walking to the nearby restaurants and attractions.

Absolute perfection!
The Bellagio is incredible! Rooms were immaculate, and the facilities do not smell like smoke. The Christmas decorations are an a perfect touch for the holiday spirit. Will be back.

Dec 05, 2025Highly Unprofessional Doorman Behavior at Bellagio
During a recent visit to the Bellagio, I witnessed a concerning incident involving one of the doormen. The driveway was fairly slow at the time, and the employee appeared visibly irritated and frustrated. His behavior quickly escalated when a group of guests approached a limo from another driver. Instead of maintaining professionalism, the doorman loudly told the guests not to get into the other driver’s vehicle, calling them “scam artists” and even using a racial slur toward the driver. He then tried to redirect the guests by telling them he could “arrange transportation” and that they should go through him instead of using a promoter or the club directly. The interaction was aggressive, inappropriate, and made several guests extremely uncomfortable. For a property known for high standards and luxury service, this behavior was shocking. A doorman trying to steer guests away from licensed drivers for his own personal benefit is not only unethical, but completely unprofessional. The public confrontation, hostility, and discriminatory language reflected very poorly on the resort. As I was departing, the doorman observed me documenting the incident and approached my vehicle in a hostile manner, taking photos me and my vehicle.
