Cesar Lopez was so fun and upbeat as he went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. I remember him from 5 years ago. Truly the kind of employee that encourages return visits.

Cesar Lopez was my favorite part of the experience so far. So friendly and knowledgeable. The resort is beautiful. My family and I really love it here.

It was nice. I wish there were more things to do or places to walk and see. The beach was small and needed more activities.

This resort is beautifully situated. The grounds and main areas are very well kept, but many rooms are "tired" and in need of attention to simple, basic things. The food is average; the wines are well below that. Staff are attentive and friendly, but very many - in key public positions - do not have even a basic knowledge of the English language. Overall, it is a very enjoyable place to spend a week or two!
