The kids club was amazing - Regina and Anel took care of Hailey almost the entire trip. They did so many activities, crafta and swimming, meeting and making new friends this week it was great! We had great views in our premium family suite. Great for our family of 5. The little kids pool was perfect for my youngest face his fears of the pool and he had a blast. Pools have small heaters around , but water still a little chilly in early morning or at night for me. Kids didn't seem to mind Buffet was hit or miss. I struggled as a vegetarian a lot of the dishes had meat in them. The Italian restaurant and lunchtime snack bar are my favorite

Cesar is excellent! Very welcoming and kind! Always a smile and mixes the best drinks! His famous drink the “Surprise Me” was very tasty!

The reasons we keep returning......
Another wonderful 14 day stay (Oct 26-Nov 8) at Barcelo PV. We have had the pleasure of staying here since 2015(13 times) and every trip a great time. We celebrate our anniversary here and this time of year is fantastic. We treat ourselves to the Grand Master Ocean View Suite Premium Level each time and love the view from this suite in tower 1 seventh floor. From the moment we arrive to the time we depart the staff are just the best. Manager Gustavo took care of all our requests along with David, Edray, Compa Raymond. Rosalba and Cindy in reservations are the best and helped make our reservation worry free-again and Cassandra, Ignacio at front desk. Oscar, Luis, Claudia, David, were wonderful at breakfast with great service and Luis the pizza chef with his perfect pizza's at lunch. Can't forget Ceasar in the Premium Lounge..always funny and friendly. Alfredo, Tino, Jose, David, and Ricardo were always ready to make a refreshing refreshment with a smile. Anna with activities always fun and Mario with help with luggage or bringing flowers to room for anniversary right there. We have become friends with all and really look forwards to seeing them all again...it makes our time their very special. The location couldn't be better.....Old town Mismaloya right out the front entrance for walks with very nice local restaurants like El Jacalito across the bridge, The Patio, Tony's, Juan and Only just up the hill. Discovered a new and wonderful place right on the waters edge with a wonderful view and food 5 minutes from resort called Maria Cuquita...a MUST. Breakfast and lunch usually at Barcelo but sometimes we enjoy trying other experiences...wife not a big fan of seafood sooo good time to go. Food at resort is very good with many different choices and something different each night. Beach, pool, grounds always in top shape. Hoping to return in March but you know where to find us next October/November...Thanks everyone at Barcelo Puerto Vallarta for another great time...Hasta Pronto
