I stayed at the Presidential Suite. Marcelo and Capitán Alejandro Torres good service. Never had service like they took care of me and mi family.

Weekend stay
Overall the short weekend trip was good. The room itself was a nice room with the necessary amenities. The beds were average but the pillows were nice. Every staff we encountered were respectful and nice. The entire hotel including the bathrooms by the pool were kept very clean.

The perfect staff are excellen friendly and very knowledgeable , Mayra is the best she treats me like a family.
