Let me just say this starting from the reception to the wonderful staff they are always making sure you’re needs are met in the restaurant, pool area, and even in your room. For us we stayed on the beach the water is clear and has a beautiful turquoise colour. There are no heavy waves that reach the beach do to the coral that makes the waters calm and a great place for snorkelling .Now the food there is a verity of food for everybody we stayed for 10 days and never got tired of the different types of food one night it would me Mexican another night Sea with any time of fish you can imagine and so on.We stayed in villa 3 it is the closest to the beach and restaurants Are room was never short of anything are cleaning lady kept us very comfortable in making sure all of the amenities were replaced she was great.i have to give a shout out to Danny at the reception when we arrived he made checking in so easy even when are flights was a hour late do to the problem at the airport we arrived at 11:30pm when we should of been there at 8:50pm they had food ready for all of us that was so unexpected .So for all these negative reviews you read take them with a grain of salt. And one more thing a small tip goes a long way they don’t forget you so give this place a try.

The location was great. The room was the cleanest. It could be cleaner in the shower, but it was good. The sports bra needs to be aired out. It smells terrible in it. The buffet was good too. The pool bar is probably my favourite of all the bars. I feel like they should add some more bars throughout the resort one at the entertainment center. and one in the lobby.

Jan 19, 2026Not very convenient for young families
I have mixed feelings about this resort. We arrived on Saturday evening, this is our third day. Travelling with a 3 year old and a 5 year old. Firstly, the resort is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. The beach is the best part. It’s at full capacity right now, so it’s pretty busy. It’s hard to find beach chairs as everyone leaves their towels in the early morning. My biggest complaint are the food and kids activities. We are not picky eaters so we find our way to eat something. However, for the amount of people in the resort, the buffet is small. There is no kids entertainment. All entertainment starts past 9 pm. I’ve been to so many other family resorts where kids entertainment would take place at 7:30 or 8 pm. Not in this resort. Most children can’t stay up that late so we haven’t been enjoying any entertainment as they start past 9 pm. The resort mainly has older adults. I don’t think this is the best option for families with young children. They don’t cater to young families.

Best place ever. Staff team happy at work. Food is very good. All pool clean. Beach soft sand. Kite school at 1000 feet ouest.

The Front desk held us up from taking our room to which we checked in online prior to our arrival, this took and additional 1.5 hours as they told us without hesitation they do not have our room and we MUST upgrade and PAY extra in USD with their $$$ exchange rate. This upgrade was a cash grab and their rooms are not very nice! Best of Luck!
