  Awesome job Devonte Robinson! Jamaica 🇯🇲

  I would like to commend Devonte Robinson, a trainee bartender at the pool, for providing exceptional service during my visit. His professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness truly stood out. He demonstrated impressive knowledge of mixing drinks, including both alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic juices, and was able to assist with recommendations confidently and courteously. His warm personality, willingness to help, and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. Devonte carries himself with professionalism and shows great potential in the hospitality industry.   Very disappointing - Noisy Housekeeping Staff at 7/8am

  The housekeepers are sooo noisy. If you plan on sleeping in, then this isn't the resort for you. The housekeepers are super loud in the morning, and the carts are rickety. It is mind-boggling that they do not even take pride knowing it is 7, 8 AM - shouting to each other across hallways and down the floors. Perhaps they need radios if the conversation is that critical and, without exaggeration, it is every morning! They wake you up out of your sleep, hollering at each other across the hallways and slamming doors. This is such a shame because the front desk, concierge and greeters are so nice and professional. Room service is great and the housekeepers clean well and always service rooms promptly, but the loud, vulgar behaviour from them in the hallway takes away from the experience. Most bartenders are good and ok but a few need training in customer service and pleasantries. Some act like it's a bother to serve your drinks. Management needs to fix this issue. Some of your staff members are chasing guests away who would return with their unprofessional, loud behaviours. I see several staff members talking as loudly as they would if they were at home, and it's baffling. Overall, the offerings are good in terms of food, drinks, pools, and bars but the vulgar behaviours from some staff members are so off-putting.

  AMAZING STAFF

  The location is ideal because it's located perfectly in the entire north coast stretch of resorts, an hour from the Sangster International Airport, and the attractions on the north and west coasts. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. the environment is calm and the rooms are quiet without disturbances. The parking lot is not paved in comparison to other modern hotels. The workers there are exceptional. They were kind and supportive. The food was very average and bland for an all inclusive. The refrigerator just had two cans of coke in it. I cannot give a comprehensive review since I stayed only one time. I may return to see what the full experience is like. THE BEST EXPERIENCE WAS THE STAFF,

  The Bahia Principe Experience

  Commendations to the waiter and waitresses who serve in Jazim Restaurant. A high level of professionalism was on display. There was also a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The Security Guards at the Main Gate have also embraced a high level of hospitality and professionalism, we were greeted with a smile we felt as though we were at home. Front Desk was however a nightmare, the staff needs to learn how to respond to challenging situations, flexibility is an art that needs to be learnt. A system should be implemented that once you check out a ticket is given and the arm band remove thus allowing you to use the property without accessing the room. The ticket can then be handed at the Main Gate upon departure. There also needs to be a structured way of storing luggage for example a ticket system that will prevent visitors from going through hundreds of luggage before finding their own. Attention should also be paid to how the floors are wiped. A foul odour exists after main areas are wiped. Staffing is an issue and recruitment with active/ongoing training should be encouraged aimed at improving the overall experience.

  **★☆☆☆☆ – Not the Luxury All-Inclusive We Were Promised** My husband and I spent **7 days at Bahia Principe Resort in Jamaica**, and it was the most disappointing vacation we've ever taken. We've stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, and this one was by far the worst. After a long day of travel, we arrived around 9:00 p.m. and were directed to the buffet before checking in. We waited nearly **25 minutes to be seated**, only to find dried-out food with very few options, even though the buffet didn't close until 10:00 p.m. There were no late-night dining options, and room service was cold and unappetizing. Making dinner reservations was nearly impossible. We were told to return later in the week, but by then almost everything was booked—even though the resort wasn't full. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, and dinner choices were extremely limited. The biggest disappointment was that **everything seemed to cost extra.** Premium liquor, shaded pool seating, theater shows, spa services, and even some dining experiences all came with additional charges. This is not what I expect from an all-inclusive resort. The "Vacation Club" is simply a timeshare presentation. We attended because we were promised a **$60 spa voucher** for my birthday, but when we arrived at the spa, they refused to honor it and instead tried to upsell us to another service. Our room also fell far short of luxury. The bathroom tub was old and stained, the door seal was damaged, and several lizards got into our room during our stay. Thankfully, our housekeeper was wonderful and kept everything as clean as possible. The staff members we interacted with were friendly, but they couldn't make up for the poor food, misleading advertising, lack of entertainment, constant upselling, and aging facilities. If you're looking for a true luxury all-inclusive experience, **look elsewhere.** We would never return and cannot recommend this resort. Even at a discounted price, it simply wasn't worth it.
