Temba - the best room service.
We have stayed in many great hotels around the world, but the service we received from Temba was on another level. Our room was immaculate every single day – perfectly cleaned, beautifully organized and prepared with exceptional attention to detail. Nothing was ever missing, and everything felt thoughtful and done with real care for our family. Temba is professional, friendly, respectful and always smiling. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome. Returning to the room each day was a genuine pleasure thanks to him. Team members like Temba are the reason guests want to come back. He truly deserves special recognition, praise and a reward for the outstanding job he is doing. Thank you, Temba, for making our stay unforgettable.

Room service at Atlantis Palm
Above and beyond service by Shubha Paul, anticipated what we wanted and needed and also made lovely towel animals for my kid. Can't say enough of how much we appreciated it.

Atlantis - Palm Jumeirah
Room is spacious clean nice ocean view. Bed is really comfy. The staff is really courteous and helpful. A special thanks to Jagat, he's such an amazing champ! He turns the room and makes it spotless! He's so creative as well! If all hotels have people like him, it would be a perfect world! Food is also excellent! Many variations catering for everyone's taste.

Wonderful stay at Atlantis. A big thank you to Shubha who was our room attendant. He was so helpful and especially made our 4 year old happy with all the towel animal displays. Many thanks Shubha.
