Jan 27, 2026Honest Review of Our Stay at Marival Armony
We recently stayed at Marival Armony Resort and overall had a great time, with a few things worth noting for future guests. The views are absolutely beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous. The property itself is stunning and very relaxing. The spa was amazing, especially my Japanese massage by masseuse - Iberia. The staff was friendly overall, and our favorite was Juan at the Blend restaurant. He went above and beyond and made our dining experience enjoyable. The food, however, was just okay. There was not a lot of variety, and after a few days it started to feel repetitive. Upon arrival, we were approached about a timeshare presentation. We declined, and after that the interaction felt a bit dismissive. A few practical things to be aware of: the swim-up bar tends to attract a lot of bees, which was uncomfortable at times, although I understand that may be difficult to control. The gift shop hours were inconsistent. Some days it opened at 9:15, other days closer to 10:00, and it did not feel very reliable. We were told room service was included with our all-inclusive rate with a 10% surcharge, but that did not apply to everything and was not clearly explained on the menu or website. Also, liquor is not allowed to be served with room service, despite what the menu seems to suggest. Another thing to note is that while we were under the impression this was an adults-only resort, it is not. That was fine for us, but it would have been good to know ahead of time. I believe this may be a recent change for this resort. A few tips for future guests: bring your own drinking straw, as bars and restaurants do not provide them. Also bring a Yeti or insulated cup for the pool and beach. Drinks stay much colder in the heat and the bartenders are happy to fill them. All in all, it was a great trip with some standout positives, especially the views, rooms, spa, and staff like Iberia & Juan. With a little more clarity and consistency, this resort could be even better.

Best Vacation🌊🐋☀️
The resort is stunning!! Lush gardens, great views 🌊☀️🐋🐬 Friendly staff!!! Pristine beach!!! Family vacation ( all adults) The Anime( entertainment) staff were spectacular 🤩🤩🤩 Moses( anime) was exceptional!!! We all enjoyed Moses leading the nature & beach walks. He is very informative! We learned quite a bit & he could easily answer questions 👍 We enjoyed many activities led by Moses, Jair & Melanie. I hope I haven’t forgotten any other anime staff. Jair led the tai chi. Loved his manner of teaching 🙏 The sound healing & Watsu were beyond this world relaxing!!! Anime staff were always available & making rounds to let us know what was happening next👍 We enjoyed our meals😋Excellent wait staff😊 We enjoyed our rooms, comfortable beds & linen. I didn’t like my pillow the first evening but they have a pillow menu( on bedside table) and ordered( no charge) It was perfect!! The Armony was perfect!!! All 6 of us loved our stay!!! We plan to return🤗 Thank~you to all that made our stay enjoyable & memorable!!!

Great time
Great experience. Kids loved the Game room, lots of activities. Yair was amazing, very helpful and patient. He made my kids love this place.
