Amazing stay at the Arizona Biltmore.
Iconic historical property. Located in a beautiful neighborhood convenient to restaurants and shopping. On the Arizona Canal which is great for walking, running or using the bikes provided by the hotel. Manicured and lush grounds with stunning views of the mountains and Camelback. Huge property with lots of options for rooms, villas or cottages. Seven heated pools all meticulously maintained. We used the adult only pool with a beautiful bar and great service. The rooms are very spacious. Quiet, well appointed, immaculate, and great climate control. The bathroom was spotless with a big closet, steamer, water closet, and separate tub and shower. The food and service were all top notch. Loved all the amenities you’d expect at a large resort - ice cream and snack shop, clothing boutique, two restaurants, indoor and outdoor beautiful bars with a huge sports bar surrounded by fountains. Lastly, don’t miss the Tour of the property and the Wrigley Mansion which is next door to the Biltmore. Inquire with the Concierge.

Iconic Property — Wonderful Experience!
I enjoyed my three-night stay here a great deal — my room was very comfortable and well-appointed. Lots of outdoor seating, love the lobby with abundant seating and a vibrant bar, and a very nice gravel path, for walking and running, along a canal, almost right outside the front door.

Awesome Stay!
We had great stay at the Arizona Biltmore over Thanksgiving. The service, setting, and overall experience exceeded expectations. We stayed in one of the suites, which was great, spacious, and extremely comfortable for our family. The Thanksgiving dinner at the resort was exceptional. The presentation, the variety, and the quality of the food made it one of the best holiday meals we’ve had at a hotel. Our kids absolutely loved the pools and waterslides. Overall, the Biltmore delivered a first-class Thanksgiving experience.

Who let the dogs in?
I wanted to edit my review from earlier because I wanted to make sure I recognized that the staff were helpful and gracious. I would like to give them five stars, especially the golf club staff, valets, and housekeeping. I think my husband was fed up when a couple with a large dog was seated to dinner at Renata’s. We love the restaurant but they probably were told they had to accommodate guests. No, this was not a service animal. There was a dog on the pool deck one day and dog poop in the gravel. We may look into The Phoenician because they keep dogs in certain areas of the hotel grounds and they don’t allow dogs in restaurants. We had dogs on the 4th floor of Valley that barked every time they walked by and there was one on the 1st floor that scared me as I walked off the elevator and he started barking at me. So not relaxing. Original post: Text: I used to love this place but there are too many dogs. It’s our 3rd year paying for four rooms for the long weekend. I love my dogs but I leave them at home when I go on vacation. All the barking…and all the pee stains on the walkways. Just make sure you walk in the middle of the walkways and not by the columns. Gross. I’m glad I don’t have young children here. Also, there is a big gap under the door so I have to hear all the people and dogs when they walk by. I am going to research some other hotels.

Got a Cabana - the Pool Concierge was rude and Bottle Service Not worth it!
The property itself and the actual cabana are impressive. However, the staff doesn’t come even close to meeting the minimum standard for a place like this. When we arrived at 11:30, (booking says they can re-sell your cabana if you aren’t in by 12) our “cabana hadn’t been assigned yet.” We were directed to go find the pool concierge outside. After waiting around with little to no communication for about 15 minutes someone finally brought us to a cabana. After about 30 minutes the concierge finally came by, but just to collect the 20% service fee payment. He was arrogant and rude and was obviously annoyed at the basic question we asked of where are the hot tubs on the property located. He replied abruptly and never stopped to speak with us again. I cannot understand how he still has a job. We bought bottle service ($$$) and yet had to constantly chase down the staff for simple things like additional ice and mixers. I would think a property like this would has excellent service anyway, and that bottle service would actually come with, you know, basic service. But no. Only reason it gets 2 stars is the actual property and cabana itself.
