Very enjoyable stay. extremely spacious newly renovated suites make life on the road so much easier. Location is also a big plus. All you need is within walking distance of this safe and clean neighborhood.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Being so close to disneyland and what i expect to be a very high rotation of guests, the hotel was in great shape. Property- The property is near disneyland (not walking distance) and surrounded by other hotels. Parking is plentiful but does get packed, but always found a spot. The checkin was a breeze. The lobby itself is large because they have many conference rooms on the first floor. Rooms- The rooms were clean and reasonably updated. Not fancy but all essentials for a family. Beds were comfortable and the separate bedroom from living room (with sofa bed) is great for privacy. You can access the bathroom from either the room or living room. I would stay again.

Please avoid this hotel at all costs, we arrived to be advised that we dont have a room as they over sell rooms and third party bookers dont get priority, honestly never heard of anything like this as booked using a travel agent. They made us cram into a small room with multiple pull out beds and still reception/ management didnt care that they took the money and cant supply what was booked. Beds are extremely small and creaking due to age Rooms need of updating Elevator bangs all night Pool avoid Fridge in room had mould and was broken Shower curtain had stains and mould on bottom Staff laugh and dont belive you when you try and talk to them

Beautiful customer service Nick ❤️
We booked on a busy July 4th, the rates were good and the hotel was clean. Be warn; the hotel has some construction and you might hear some loud banging from 8am to 5pm, try to request a room on the lower floor. The customer service here was amazing especially Nick, who works at the front desk. His customer service skills are unmatched, he helped us with questions and problems we had, and he had a nice warm smile! My experience could’ve been bad but thanks to Nick, I had a great experience. He deserves raise.

Top views has awesome sunset views.
Ryan at the front desk was so helpful. Extended my stay from 1 into 3 nights, upgrades the room and parking. Shower heads need decalcification.
