Reception pretty rude talking to her colleague at the same time as checking us in so took longer as had to wait each time until she finished her conversation. Rooms are large but definitely in need of modernisation, food not great cold, flies which put me off. Meat not cooked properly and salads very dry. Not enough seating for entertainment I agree for such a big hotel ridiculous. Positives are lovely views and nice pool areas bar staff lovely, but otherwise disappointing.

Average stay
Just returned from a 3 night stay so here’s my honest opinion… Firstly definitely not a 4 star hotel as stated. We had 2 rooms one in the mirador hotel & a family room in Alu which are only on one side of the hotel overlooking a roof top! Very very in much need of a refurb these rooms old and smelly although huge. The food was plentiful although not very hot even if you went to eat at opening times. The staff in Ocean buffet were attentive & friendly.We saw 2 shows which entailed a male / female singers which were entertaining but again if you didn’t enter early enough you struggled for a seat to watch it. Despite the weather being horrendous during our stay we made the most of it but unfortunately we wouldn’t return ( take a kettle if you like a coffee in your room as they are not provided)

Good hotel but just need to sort the food situation out
The hotel itself was just like the pictures but the only downside for us was that the food was cold and and there wasn't much variety and at time there were flies landing in and around the food

This is an amazing destination. Hotel was lovely staff were all friendly. The view from my hotel room was stunning. The entertainment was very good, amazing and entertaining. Food was ok not that great. I would definitely go here again.

Not a four star hotel. Lifts don't work, great if you are 10 floors up! Hotel is at end of season nearly, so shutting everything down, even though people are still here. Staff are ok, management clearly don't care. Food is rehashed every day. Drinks are basically house spirits or pre mixed cocktails from a machine. Main stage and room, for evening entertainment is too small for size of hotel, very overcrowded. Not returning to this area again.
