Diego is the best! Nice guy and very nice. The beach was wonderful, very fun activities, food was great, love the grilled food. Diego was the highlight of the stay

Family, fun and birthday!
Thank you to Arbey, and the staff at Allegro, I had a wonderful 65th birthday celebration. What a wonderful surprise. Its like coming home to family when we are here! We absolutely love this resort.

Jan 30, 2026Cozumel How I Missed You
We spent two weeks at the Allegro and can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay. We booked the premium package and absolutely loved it. We enjoyed daily breakfast, lunch, wonderful drinks and evening coffees at the Santa Rosa Bar. A heart felt thank you to Omar, Luis, Cristian and Alfredo for their wonderful, kind hospitality…they are just the best!!! We thoroughly enjoyed all the food throughout the resort. Don’t have many complaints. The only reason we would not give a full 5 star rating is our room was next to the pool buffet which has a loud fan running most of the day. Can hear people in room next to you which was a bit troublesome a few evenings. Nothing a set of ear plugs can help with lol. We dived a few days with the dive shop on site and had a great time…some equipment is a bit dated (wet suits in particular). Other than that it was great. Go when you can as from what we are told dive days can be limited with stronger waves…a newer port master apparently. Beach was great…some seaweed here and there depending on water currents but staff work hard to clean up. Our second stay in Cozumel. Would definitely return to this resort.

A beautiful resort with amazing staff!
A wonderful resort with AMAZING staff! We couldn’t have asked for a better week at Allegro Cozumel. Diego Marin and Arbey Lopez brought so much entertainment (and laughs!) to our group of 13! The very kind Carlos Perez made our family dinners so fun and special! And our kids loved going to kids club for face painting, crafts and water balloon fights with the lovely Anani Perez! And the housekeeping team made our stay so comfortable! We all really enjoyed the food, beach, and beautiful grounds. The snorkeling was also incredible! We saw barracudas, stingrays, needlefish and schools of hundreds right off the beach. We are so grateful for this week at Allegro and we highly recommend it!!! ❤️🏝️☀️

Really nice the weather was great except for one day it rained but overall great experience
The Cozumel experience was definitely one to remember we had a great time with the staff too especially Mili just overall a great experience
