Great resort. I’m booking to go ahead in a few months. Very peaceful. The staff were great. This place is for someone who just wants to relax and reset. I really enjoyed this resort. I’m definitely coming back.

This intimate, serene wellness resort is all about having an elevated experience!
We had an amazing week at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana. check in: an exceptionally warm welcome, green juice served in a cucumber, choosing our aromatherapy blend for our stay and setting our intention...supported us to move from travel to relaxation mode. We were introduced to our Butler Jose who was incredibly welcoming and helpful, he showed us our room and told us where everything was. He was in touch with us daily to see if there was anything we needed which was incredible. Our room was beautiful and spacious. There was alot of closet space, a beautiful shower and bath, large bathroom, double sink, lovely seating area and lounge as well as a very large balcony with more seating and a daybed. The AC was very effective. Housekeeping staff were very thorough! They always introduced themselves and showed their badge if they were working in the room when we came in which always made us feel very comfortable. Our fridge was restocked daily, turn down service was lovely and the laundry service was returned first thing the next day which I was really impressed with! Food was incredible, with lots of vegetarian options and plentiful meat and seafood done beautifully. The new chef introduced himself after one of our meals and asked our opinions on the different restraunts and made some helpful recommendations about what else to try which was great. Indigo: our go to for gorgeous beach front breakfast and lunch-Leidi warm welcomes, wonderful servers: leonelia, yaisa, shanel, Yorka, Lisbeth, Jimy, Henry, Amaya: Carlos, Sori and all others! We enjoyed using the spa daily! It includes steam, sauna, pool and cold showers so you can get your whole circuit in. Mariela at the spa was especially welcoming. There is a 20 minute massage included per person per stay which we really enjoyed! One day I left my headphones behind and the staff at the spa and gym told me they would look for them and review security tapes to ensure I had left them there if they weren't able to locate them which I thought was really above and beyond. They did locate them and let me know through Jose (our Butler for the week) just minutes after I had asked. The gym was great as well with lots of cardio and weights equipment-machines and free weights. Junior is the personal trainer there who gave us challenging workouts daily....what a treat to not have to think about my workouts! Tania and her team-Gilbert, Reinaldo and Benjamin- run the entertainment which is really above and beyond...while I was there yoga and mindfulness was offered twice daily, sound healing on Sunday, talented local musical performers in the evening as well as an incredible circus act. Our favourite was attending the daily art/craft sessions which included pottery, macrame, coconut oil pressing and painting. This was all done in such a beautiful. thoughtful way. It should go without saying that the beach here is stunning, with very soft sand and lots of room for walks...swimming was great-they ocean was warm! We appreciated seeing plenty of security and life guards around. This helped us feel very safe and comfortable to enjoy the property and Beach. I also appreciated seeing that staff were doing first aid training while we were here. The staff and service was above and beyond. I wish I had made a note of everyone's names to say a special thank you but please know that I had such a positive experience with everyone who worked here.

Love love LOVE Zoetry Agua Punta Cana!
Zoetry Agua Punta Cana exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, relaxation, and world-class hospitality. The resort is stunning—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed to make you feel completely at ease. The staff deserves special praise. Every single person we interacted with was gracious, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. From our incredible butlers to the amazing dining team, we felt cared for every step of the way. The food was exceptional, the spa was heavenly, and the overall atmosphere was pure luxury. Whether we were relaxing by the water, enjoying a delicious meal, or simply taking in the tropical scenery, everything felt intentional and perfectly executed. Zoetry Agua Punta Cana isn’t just a resort—it’s an experience. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so grateful for such an unforgettable stay. Highly, highly recommend!

Best pool bar ever
A group of us visited for a vacation (and to check another country off our lists). The highlight of the hotel was Manuel Taylor, the bartender at the pool bar. He always seemed excited to see us, and he kept our drinks full.

Best all-inclusive experience
We had an amazing time as family. It was relaxing, luxurious and very beautiful. The staff is gold and are very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. They are always wanting you to be comfortable and happy.
