My feedback the good some and some things to do better The resort is nice and the scenery so tranquil and beautiful . Attended a destination wedding as part a group of 43 . The good - hotel room was clean endless towels both in your room and at the towel hut ( you need your hotel card to get towels) I would of preferred a better view out my balcony - -a white old storage building and the dry looking golf course ( not much of a golf course if your looking for lush greens) and a small ocean view . Chairs around the pool available daily still at 9 and 10 am . Do people reserve chairs yes. But that happens everywhere . Food - not 5 star Michelin rated but you will be able to find something you like . Italian was good ate 2 dinners - Asian - jings kitchen good Mexican was ok to good… Stick to pork and chicken they have a big appetizer table . Yes some of the al Carta are closed some evenings will cause long waits for other al Carta . Did not eat any buffet lunch or dinner so no comment in this area . Yes the staff serves you at food stations ! People that is a good thing . No long lines for breakfast buffet . Omelette station moved quickly . Pizza was good for a snack of light lunch . The hotel has some strange rules about table limits. Nothing over 7 or 8 guests per table and they don’t allow tables to be put together . Can be a challenge fur families and groups over 8. Maho cafe very good - all the coffee, tea and bottled water with some sweets treats baked fresh daily . Lots of alcohol beverages of mid level brands . No top shelf bozze but they are generous with the pouring . You might wait a few minutes for drinks but nothing excessive . Some bars serve faster as not as busy . 1 aspect that will receive a 5 star - I attended a wedding at the gazebo and the dinner reception roof top that was stunning . Brides this is an amazing venue for a destination wedding . The planes flying very low is pretty cool . This resort is located right beside the airport . Most employees are trying. Just like any work place some employees are not quite as happy or engaging . They are working long hours and mostly in unairconditioning areas. Entertainment can be found in different areas. The villages , casino bar , and so other areas .

Happy with my decision!
I am leaving a review for the resort’s spa. I was very fortunate to be able to squeeze me in for a last minute facial appointment as the spa was quite booked. Flores, my esthetician, did a great job and went above and beyond with a great head and hand massage. My face looks and feels greats. She was in great spirits and that energy was transferable. I enjoyed my session very much and I had some time before to use their sauna. Thank you!

Dont listen to the negative reviews.. We just got back .....stayed for 2 weeks..my 2n time....the new property manager is everywhere( bernard) Gypsy ( sunfit) does zumba n yoga...Anna the host very friendly...Sharon n Mirsce( good n bev ) alwsays around...Antony( wait staff) always serves us with s smile n convo...cant to go back next jan! Lots of food options...thx

An utterly soulless hotel with Inedible food,. I can usually find something positive to write but this review is an exception. We arrived late in the day for a one night stay after a cancelled flight and after a five hour delay at the airport did not think to ask about checkout time so when I asked for a late checkout at noon next morning I was told checkout was eleven am and I was charged for over staying, quoting the assistance front office manager’ I am unable to help’. No sorry…, no unfortunately.. no effort to help a guest. . End of story. Oh and if you do book be sure to ask for checkout time.
