Amazing service
We visited the sports bar and Angela and Carlos were amazing, they were so friendly and made our experience amazing, there service was amazing and I’d recommend visiting the sports bar for food and drinks. These two people made our experience very enjoyable, there customer service was amazing.

Wonderful holiday
Spent a great 7 days here. Kelvin was our butler and he was awesome. Very friendly always at the ready to ensure our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend this resort and if you can ask for Kelvin you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing resort!
Just returned from a week vacation at Royalton Punta Cana. What an amazing resort. We opted for the Diamond Club and it was worth every penny! Ask for Romeo- the best butler! He took care of our restaurant reservations among other things that really helped make our vacation special. The food was delicious. We used the buffet for breakfast and one dinner. Amazing selection. Hunters and the Japanese restaurants were great! The Mexican was our favourite. I wasn’t too impressed with Under the Sea as the food seemed over cooked and rubbery. Jade was a huge disappointment. We couldn’t eat the over seasoned food and we love Asian cuisine. The restaurant needs an overhaul with its peeling wallpaper and dirty ceilings. The pools were great and the vibe team excellent. First time our family all agreed this was a resort worth returning!

The management never responded to my concerns, as if he doesn't have time. All our rooms were dirty and bed mattresses were disguising that I would not put my dog in the beds. The food was cold and not seasoned and didn't taste good. And yes the customer service is horrible. They can't speak English and unprofessional but two people. I'm praying those two find another job. I don't understand how this resort is open It's very very clear they just want your money but don't care or respect you or your time. Whoever has anything to do with this place should be ashamed of yourselves. Being greedy and just taking people money well let's just say God will humble you someday with those ignorant attitudes.
