Carlos in the tiki bar and Julio were excellent. Hector our butler was great. The cabanas were great and the oceans views was great.

Perfect
The food is perfect, the service too. The entire staff is very positive. In one of the restaurants Ruth, great service. Our waitress Alexandra cleans the room perfectly every day. The singer has a wonderful voice, the animators too. Thanks to the whole team, they are great.

A perfect family getaway
We recently stayed at this resort with my husband and our 5-year-old son, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were warm and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a small family. My son liked the kids club and all the activities they had. Isabela was so nice and sweet. We also loved the activities/ equipment offered in family lounge. We were constantly entertained in the evenings. Overall, it was the perfect place for a family getaway. We felt safe, relaxed, and well cared.
