    Another great trip

    Second time at this resort and once again didnt disappoint. Staff is wonderful. Buffets are buffets but the food selection was good. Room bathrooms are a little rough but not horrible. All in all worth the money.

    Good but could be so much better

    We had a good 14 nights here in January, we liked the resort, pools and staff. The 2 biggest problems is from the moment you get there the travel club reps are on you, they obviously work on commission and can be very aggressive in their sales pitch. they hang around the lobby waiting for you in their green shirts and it gets very annoying. Don’t let them talk you into going with them, the sales pitch lasts over 4 hours. This has been mentioned so many times on here but nothing gets done about it. The second problem is that everyone has is not being able to book at the al a carte restaurants because there is never any availability, booking at the desk was a waste of time and the 2 girls there were not interested at all and just said use the app. we used the app and for the first 7 days we couldn’t get in anywhere as it was so called fully booked, so the last 7 nights we booked a different one every night. We only

    Overall great trip to palace.

    Just returned from Grand Palladium Palace. Customer service manager (Reyni) and staff (Ruth, Winnifer, plus others) are really great. Very very helpful. Love the WhatsApp option. The staff are very helpful all over. The new sections in Bavaro are not completed but did not affect our stay. Only wish beds were a bit harder. Too soft for our liking.
