  Best vacation ever !!!!!!

  Everything was absolutely amazing. We had the most wonderful Butler Angel Guzman he took care of everything …. Mariano was great. He always had our towels ready for us at the pool and I can’t forget Jenny, who is absolutely amazing always checking on us making sure we always had a drink. Michael,and Elfaso and all the other people I just can’t remember their names we’re always great when we went to the buffet and then David and Romano were absolutely wonderful at the bar by the buffet. Honestly, I can’t complain about anything. Everything was always great. The room was always taken care of. Housekeeping was amazing. Always making sure we had everything in our room or if we needed anything they got it for us right away. The Bell boys in the front were always ready as we went next-door to breathless they would come back for us. Take us back to our room they were always so nice and polite.Best vacation ever. Thanks for a great time we will be back!!!

  Relaxing, fun, beautiful

  An unforgettable experience at Dreams Onyx!

  We recently traveled to Dreams Onyx as a group of nearly 30 people to celebrate some special milestones, including my husband's 40th birthday, and I can honestly say we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the beautiful, clean resort and incredible amenities to the outstanding service, our trip exceeded expectations from beginning to end. What truly made our stay EXCEPTIONAL was the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. A HUGE shoutout to Angel Guzman, our butler, who was nothing short of AMAZING! Managing the needs of a group of nearly 30 people of all ages is no small task, but Angel handled it effortlessly. From coordinating large group dinners EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, and arranging special birthday celebrations and drink accommodations, to frequent daily check-ins and keeping us informed of all the resort's daily activities, he consistently went above and beyond. Need something? Angel made it happen! He even helped track down lost cell phones (because, of course, with a group our size, there's always an adventure happening! 😂). His responsiveness, attention to detail, patience, and genuine care made us feel like family throughout our entire stay. He didn't just accommodate our requests; he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and always had great recommendations and suggestions. Angel truly made our vacation special, and we cannot thank him enough! Jenny, our pool bartender, deserves just as much recognition! Her energy, personality, and incredible service made our pool days that much better. She kept the good vibes going, always greeted us with a smile, and made sure our glasses were never empty. She quickly became part of our vaca crew! And Mariano, our pool concierge, was another absolute MVP! His attentiveness, friendliness, and willingness to help made our days by the pool seamless and enjoyable. He consistently went out of his way to make sure we had enough space and towels for everyone, and that we were comfortable and having a great time. When traveling with a group of nearly 30, the little details can make or break a vacation, and this team made sure every detail mattered. Their hospitality, warmth, and dedication did not go unnoticed. They weren't just providing service; they were creating experiences and memories that we'll be talking about long after this trip…and counting down to our next visit! Dreams Onyx has something for everyone, whether you're traveling with family, friends, or a large group. Great food, beautiful pools, plenty of entertainment, and access to Breathless make it an incredible stay for all ages. If you're considering Dreams Onyx, BOOK THE TRIP! And if you're lucky enough to have Angel, Jenny, and Mariano take care of you, you're in for something special! Thank you to the entire Dreams Onyx team for making our celebration one for the books. We came as a group of friends and family, but left with memories, laughs, and a few new friends along the way. 10/10 experience. We would return in a heartbeat! ❤️🌴🥂

  Perfect vacation

  My friend and I had a wonderful trip to Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana. We loved the vibe there, the activities (daily and nightly), the rooms and restaurants as well as the staff. While we found all staff friendly and helpful, I want to give a big shoutout to Sharina ( I hope the spelling is correct) who was so friendly and really good at her job. We found she went above and beyond to make sure everyone around her were really enjoying themselves, interacting with all as well as making sure all vacationers got involved in the activities. She is the reason our trip was next level.

  Exceptional Experience at Dreams Onyx!

  I typically choose adults-only resorts, but decided on a last-minute getaway to Dreams Onyx, and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision! We stayed in the Preferred Club, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the experience was exceptional. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. From the Preferred Club team to the bartenders, restaurant staff and entertainment team, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention to our concierge, Aris, who was absolutely fantastic! He took care of our restaurant reservations, checked in regularly and made sure every detail of our vacation was looked after. We also have to give a shout-out to Pineapple and Pork Chop from the entertainment team! These two kept us laughing throughout our stay. Their energy, personalities and genuine effort to connect with guests made our days that much more enjoyable. The evening shows were great, and you could really see the effort the entire team put into entertaining everyone. The food was excellent, the resort itself is beautiful, and we felt completely comfortable and safe throughout our stay. I’ve travelled to many resorts over the years, and while beautiful properties are easy to find, it’s the people who make a vacation truly special. Dreams Onyx has certainly figured that out! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!
