May 19, 20252nd wonderful visit - 15 yrs since our honeymoon
What a perfect place! This was our second visit & both stays were excellent despite being 15 years apart. The beauty & quality of this place has remained pristine. The manager at Saltwater Grille was a treasure & Oscar at the pool was so attentive. The activities were excellent & fun as well. Can’t wait to go back but not waiting so long this time!

I went to zoetry with my husband for a couple of nights and it is undoubtedly a beautiful property. While I did enjoy my stay, there were some things they can definitely work on. Pros: -Amazing food and drinks (some people that deserve to be mentioned - Toni at the Maguey Bar makes the best drinks!! Leonardo and Javier at Saltwater gave us amazing service, were kind, gave great food/drink recommendations and overall we enjoyed chatting with them) -Jaime who is in charge of the activities by the pool was always very pleasant to chat with Cons: -Turn down service was strange one night. It seemed unfinished. Housekeeping had left used drink cups on the counter and did not fix the bed -One morning I called the front desk and requested more waters to be delivered to the room and that never showed up -I tried to schedule a massage at the spa, but even though I attempted to call numerous times, no one ever picked up so my husband had to just walk to the spa to schedule it

Best vacations and act w/jamie
My wife and I had a wonderful time at Casa del Mar. We did many activities led by Jamie, the best pool director. We started with the pool workout, which he did with great energy and always had a smile on his face,the mexican bingo omg always fun makes you laugh a lot and also you learn spanish thank you jamie for all send you best bives see you son

Amazing customer service
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, I highly recommend them, everything is spectacular, excellent service and attention, especially from Alberto, Oscar and Juan. 100 % recommended, If you want peace and harmony, this is the place for you.

Jamie is the Man
Luis, Gabriel, Oscar, and Jamie were amazing. Guest experience was enthusiastic and made the guest experience memorable. The tranquil atmosphere, all inclusive memories, and cleanliness of the resort. The food was great and the location was overwhelmingly welcoming
