What a refreshing resort! The personal attention and top-notch service added to the impeccable grounds and hotel room made for one of the best all-inclusive resort experiences. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave the staff made you feel welcome and valued. The tranquility in all aspects and areas of the resort was appreciated. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. The spa was well managed and the technicians were experienced. I enjoyed a massage and facial. The food was delicious and the drinks were expertly prepared. Servers were friendly and attentive. I also enjoyed the outdoor pizza oven and lunch buffet. Housekeeping came by twice a day; not only to make the bed but to also restock beverages and towels. Oseas and Aljeandro also added to the resort's charm. I will definitely return to Zoetry. My only comment is to consider extending the operating hours of the Coco Cafe.

Fabulous boutique hotel
We have been coming to the Zoetry Punta Agua for 6 years. It is our favorite place to vacation as the staff is so pleasant and accommodating. We are treated like royalty, and we are just ordinary folks! I highly recommend this resort for its quaintness, ambiance, small size, and staff/customer service. This is always a special treat for us; we always feel refreshed and renewed.

Stayed at Zoetry and we were very satisfied. Very well maintained resorts with professional and friendly staff. The food was very good , tasty, the variety and freshness : very good. It’s definitely a resort to relax and unwind without the noise and buzz of the more commun resorts thanks yeilin she was very kind and Eduardo Felipe she remember the allergic thanks my experience was really good Indigo restaurant near the beach is great. Only small comment : music could be more local style instead of American rap style…Local music would be great especially since Dominican have such a vibrant culture. Thanks Also for all Many thanks for a great and peaceful stay

Fabulous place
The place was fabulous. The service was outstanding, the room was excellent and quiet. The grounds are beautiful. You start to relax the moment you arrive. Since it is a small resort, everything is close by. We were less than 1 minute from the beach and a couple of minutes from the lobby. The food was really good. We tried all the restaurants and they were all great. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have a personal concierge who always ready to help make our vacation perfect. I would definitely return.

The wellness aspect and vibe was perfect for us. We did not want a busy place and this met all of our expectations
Concierge Jose was exceptional and took care of all of our needs. The remaining staff was fantastic with highlights to Maria, Jordi, Gabriel, Gilberto, and the pool bar staff. Your room is cleaned very well on a frequent basis. Beach is private and beautiful!
