Perfect Get Away
Cayman's best kept secret away from the hustle and bustle of SMB. A true escape with lovely views of the Caribbean sea from every room. We visit on a StayCation a couple of times per year from our SMB home and are never disappointed.
Shantell is the best!!!!!!!!!
Shantell is the most friendliest the most helpful person I have ever met! She made my entire stay so magical and so carefree and so easy! I would recommend this hotel just to come and use her services! She made planning everything so easy and so carefree. If you come stay here and I recommend you do ask for shantell!
Beautiful relaxing vacation
This resort was just beautiful! We love peace and quiet on our vacations and we definitely experienced that here. We stayed in the castaway cove section of the Wyndham and it felt like we were on our own private island!! Although the resort was at full capacity, it felt like we had it to ourselves the whole time. The staff was lovely and so accommodating. Definitely would stay here again!
Summer on Grand Cayman is hot and humid but the beach life was great since we live in the unremarkable DFW area. This facility is a timeshare so you can prepare some food in your room. Also there is a Subway sandwich shop on site so you can keep food costs under control. We went snorkeling and kayaking and spent time on the beach. We want to return soon and would stay at the reef again.
Nice resort, but bad attitude
This resort is usually amazing! Nice staff and well maintained. We were here 2 times with a group of 10 and 14 people within the last 3 months. My husband was extremly dissapointed when he was on the beach with our kids. The bull dozer opererator ran over 2 of our chairs and did not even aploligize or replace them last week. My husband and I went to speak with on of the staff for the beach and they were very rude.. one short thick dark skin man said for us to sit somewhere else and its not his problem ..in the tourism bussiness this is not appropriate. When we were here 3 months ago they had more sargassum issues and was well managed.
