    Thanks Herbert!

Herbert was brilliant - easy to talk to about what you want, and very patient with all my questions. He did such a great job - I feel very relaxed and keen to maintain this sensation for as long as possible. I would highly recommend visiting Herbert and the rest of the lovely 🌹 team at the spa if you are staying at the Windjammer!

    We Love the Windjammer!

We enjoyed a week at the Windjammer Resort from May 12 to May 19 as all-inclusive guests. It’s a beautiful resort with breathtaking views, excellent food, kind staff and lots to do. The resort has a character unlike anywhere that we’ve ever been before. It has a classy feel but it’s very laid back and relaxing at the same time. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We never had an issue getting a choice palapa at the beach or booking a restaurant reservation. There was a wide diversity of ages staying at the Windjammer; honeymooners, couples, families with babies and toddlers as well as seniors and people of ages in between. We met really nice people from the U.S., Britain and Canada. Our ambassador, Dee, was very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. My wife enjoyed a massage at the resort. We booked the Sunset Cruise excursion through the resort and had a great time. We also hired a driver through the resort, Kirtlan Charles, who showed the us the northern part of the island. We highly recommend the resort and the activities that we took in.

Electrocution, Potentially Deadly Hazardous Negligence, Injuries, & Incompetence

As a three times repeat guest at the resort, I NO LONGER RECOMMEND Windjammer - especially for SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS - in ANY level of safety whatsoever. I was there May 4th-11th and on May 5th I was electrocuted in the hot tub located within my villa. I had to have a nurse examine me (where I had an elevated blood pressure and heart rate), filed a statement with security & had to have maintenance run tests on my hot tub to find the issue. After much delay I was moved to a new villa so they could complete repairs on the unit. The following day I was visited by a manager and the nurse, who provided medical attention for the injuries I sustained from my electrocution (bruising, broken/raw skin, peeling skin, and swelling). Instead of resolving a situation that could have been potentially deadly he instead decided to ask me how I booked my villa, if I've been to the resort before, etc - all of which could be found on my reservation - without providing a resolution. I was offered a "free excursion" (the resort would be paying nothing because they put on the excursion) and we went back and forth because I wanted a different excursion and he ultimately didn't want the resort to have to pay for it When they left I discovered the coconut tree on the slope above my villa was dropping coconuts into my pool - yet another hazardous incident preventing me from enjoying my vacation. Fortunately I was not in the pool while they were dropping. Once the coconuts had been removed from the tree I decided to go into my pool only to discover that the wall pool light was no longer installed in the wall, but was floating in the water with live active wire - more negligence that could have resulted in death. Every single day was one new event after another, making this this most stressful vacation of my life. I have made management aware of the events of my vacation AND had filled out yet another statement. Their resolution was to tell me that the hot tub was fine and within safely regulations AND apologizing for any distress and discomfort I had (and gaslighting me by downplaying everything that's happened on my trip AND my injuries). The whole response was downplaying everything to get rid of me with a new offer of $250 CREDIT to my account for whenever I decide to return. Are you kidding me?! This resort absolutely does not care about their guests and I DO NOT recommend this resort to anyone, ESPECIALLY solo female travelers. They failed to protect me and have my back when I filed a report against one of their own for horrendous comments made towards me.

    Amazing Girls' Trip

I recently stayed at Windjammer Landing in St Lucia for a girls' trip. It is hard to describe how amazing this trip was, and the roles that the staff and resort played in making our stay so special. The restaurant staff, particularly Aaron, Princess, and Dunstan, were very accommodating and attentive. The entire staff across all restaurants were extremely attentive to any allergies or dietary concerns. The beach and activity staff were awesome. Sanjay, Jemaine, and Travis were super helpful and made sure we had a great time while we were on the beach. There were plenty of activities and water sports to keep us entertained for our entire stay. I can't say enough good about Kerson, Gordon, and Junior! I received top-notch sailing instructions from Kerson and Gordon. Lastly, our housekeeper, Sophie, did an amazing job keeping our place clean and tidy. Everyone was lovely and we had a fantastic vacation!

    March break getaway

The windjammer landing was an amazing place to stay. At the start of our trip we were greeted by a very nice man named John he arranged for everything to get brought up to our villa and was very organized. Everyday there were new activities to do like kayak racing and volleyball with amazing staff to help you if needed. One night there was a show with amazing singers. They sang on the water while floating around, it was so cool to watch and hear. They were fantastic. There was also a place called water sports. All the workers at water sports were so nice and funny. Super Mario was super nice to us, Kerson was an amazing instructor (he taught my dad how to drive a hobicat), but Jn-marl was my dad's favourite and my favourite was Gordon. Gordon was very nice to me and my siblings and he was very funny. Each day there would be a different ride at 4:30 whether it was the sofa or the banana boat, it was very fun either way, we never wanted to get off. There were so many amazing restaurants on the resort with such great staff, our favourite waiter was Omany, we had her the first night we were there and loved her ever since. Besides all the entertainment the villa was gorgeous and very comfortable. The shuttle drivers were all very kind and we loved them all. Some of our favourites were Gilbert, Justin, and Linus. We did walk down the mountain a lot and got to see many breath taking views. Every morning my mom would go to the lady at the front named Nadia for a cup of coffee. Nadia was a very very kind person and my mom and her are still in touch today. Finally, our amazing cab driver Gus. We over whelmed him with questions on our first day. He was so kind and funny and we can never forget him. I love the windjammer and I hope to go again soon.
