Good Food, Great Service at the Warwick, Paradise Island.

Warwick is an all inclusive resort and has three specialty restaurants and one buffet. This was the first resort where the buffet was as good or better than the specialty restaurants. I loved the food at the buffet and the exceptional service (Ian, Leslie, and all of the others who made our stay special). Housekeeping services were complete and timely; the pool and grounds were well maintained. There were a lot of self-initiated activities and some resort-initiated activities. I would go back there.

Excellent First Trip To The Warwick!

Recently enjoyed a quick 5 day escape to the Bahamas and couldn't be happier we chose the Warwick! The rooms are small but always kept immaculately clean. The pool, waterfront and beach were all perfect and it was so entertaining to watch the boats cruising by on their way to the ocean. The Hog Bar was a great place to get drinks by the pool and the servers were so friendly and efficient! We ate at the Italian a la carte restaurant and it was excellent! The buffet was always a great spot to eat with so many choices (the daily chowders were incredible). The bar tenders at the main lobby bar were always busy yet somehow there was never a long wait for a drink and always served with a smile! The snack bar has great food served all day and in to the wee hours (the pizza was excellent, the cheeseburgers were really good and the conch fritters are out of this world!) If you choose this resort, make sure you take the time to talk to Mr. Flea, the painter that creates beautiful works of art in the lobby in the evenings. Even if you don't buy a painting, take the time to have a conversation with him. He is a true asset to the resort and it made our trip better just meeting him. Thanks to all of the friendly management and staff at the Warwick? We will definitely be back!

A great Place to Stay in

Overall not a five star hotel but for sure close enough .The location is perfect but be advised it is not facing cabbage Beach which is main sandy beach of Island but they have shuttle every 30 minutes to the beach every day when weather permits and also it is 0 minutes walk to the beach . As far as restaurant goes, they have just one buffet with a small pool kitchen with very limited awful food . The food at the buffet is very decent not only for verity but also for taste . Kudos to the chef . As far as service at the restaurant , not bad at all . You can spot awesome waitresses such as Ellie and or Bjian there but who knows where you been seated and if they cover your section or not. Rooms are very clean and good with great service from Jamaica lady who kept it clean . The only reason I gave 4 was the fact you could not turn on heat when it got cold while were there and receptionist gave us extra blanket . Drinks were not that great for taste (tea and coffee were great ). Kind of disappointing .

A Great hotel with Excellent Staff

The Warwick hotel was an excellent experience. We had read many reviews and was a tad concerned about a few of them, though I find people only write reviews when they are unhappy.. My wife and I stayed at The Warwick Hotel for 10 nights. We have been all over the Caribbean and stayed in many all-inclusive hotels, this relatively small hotel we found great. The room was clean and tidy, the views were breathtaking. Lorenzo Symonette is the hotel manager, he and his staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. One day the heater in the lap pool had gone down, by the afternoon Lorenzo had ensured it was fixed. The weather turned cold and windy, whilst it was blowing a gale outside, the staff provided drinks and entertainment inside. A big shout out Debbie in Concierge was absolutely brilliant at ensuring we had all the information we needed along with her colleagues, Debbie also helped us book the restaurants we wanted to eat at, thanks Debbie your a star x The Towel Lady's are lovely too, really friendly sorry I didn't get your names. They have games, pool, table tennis etc inside. Food The Edge Steak and Fish restaurant is set in a beautiful location, overlooking the sea, The food was excellent every time we ate there. The staff were very accommodating as well. The Italian restaurant was also really good, the lamb shank melted in your mouth. Tings on a Stick was the only one that we thought could improve, as the food was not that hot, though again staff were great. The Buffet was really good, Fish extravaganza on a Sunday eve included lobster, and even had roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Breakfast was also top class. The bars both outside and inside are good, not cheap local drinks, but the real named brands, great staff again. The entertainment was good, things going on by the pool, not too invasive for those who want to chill. The bike tour was good fun, thanks to the two lads who took us. The evening entertainment was good too, try the Sup and Paint night , that was fun. Most people come from Canada and USA, and only for a few days. 10 Days was long enough, and a great experience. Once again a big thanks Lorenzo and Team, you made our 25th Wedding Anniversary trip. PS The Bahamas is beautiful, with the bluest sea you will ever experience. A boat trip is a must!!

Overall this destination is a B

What makes this resort is definitely the staff. We’re not drinkers but we wanted to experience something different as this is our 3rd trip to the Bahamas. I’d rate the hotel overall a C and the staff an A++! These people are kind and genuinely care about the guest experience. Our housekeeper Michelle Williams was exceptional. She made our stay excellent as did Von, DeAndre and the front desk staff. We’d stay here again because of the service.
