Good experience
Thank you Reyes at the buffet La Terraza in the morning! and Josue at the catamaran, you are the best! Also, as a celiac, you can go see the Restauration Director once you arrive. She will explain the system for gluten-free choices. You can simply tell them one hour before your meal what you want (gf bread, gf pizza, gf pasta) and they will freshly make it. Same thing for the à-la-carte restaurants (+ the allergenes are already identified on the menu)

Fantastic Experience!
Our vacation at this resort was fantastic. As a couple staying in a family-oriented resort, we weren't entirely sure what to expect but what we experienced was an amazing vacation. Lots to activities that you can do (and we did), lots to eat & drink, great beach with super soft sand and endless lounge chairs. The hotel itself could use an update though the rooms where comfortable and clean. Incredible array of food; tried dishes we'd never tried before and they were fabulous. The staff really make the experience over the top. We recognize that so much goes on behind the scenes by staff working 24/7 to make your stay so enjoyable - so a big shout out to everyone in grounds keeping, laundry services, customer service, kitchens, hotel maintenance, etc. Special thanks to these staff members who made our vacation top-notch! In Housekeeping - Fannie. In Restaurants - Victoriana, Noe, Manuel, Jesus, Miguel, Mariela, Omar, Uciel, Marcos, Pastor, David. In Bars - Julien, Daniel, Carlos (both), Antonio, Octavio. The Entertainment Team was incredible; walking along the beach every morning saying hello to everyone. Thank you to Lara, Hazel, Brandon, Jesus ... and an extra extra special acknowledgement and thank you to Wilber. Wilber's love for what he does shines, always engaged, always happy, always smiling - he has exceptional people skills and endless potential to advance. Every single day while we were there, Wilber came to say hello and to asked how our stay was. He just makes you smile because you can feel is passion. His energy is uplifting, energizing and set our day in such a positive way. Thank you Wilber, you truly are exceptional at what you do and made our vacation just that much better; we wish you the very best!

Great Place For Vacation! Very Fun!
Overall such a great time! Food was fantastic, there were many activities to do so you'll never feel bored, great shows and stunning beach. La Placita was a fun place to gather and participate in special events during the evening. Everything was very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I would like to specifically mention Carolina from the animation team who created such a welcoming atmosphere for my family and was very friendly all around. Everyone on the animation team did such a fantastic job keeping optimism and smiles on all the guests' faces. Thank you for helping us create special memories that we can remember :)

Spring break and family resort beware
This hotel was full of youngsters on spring break having a great time and I don't blame them but this is a family hotel not adult only and the two do not mix well, sadly this is down to poor management. Overall the resort is good and a great location for the beach and heading into playa del carman. One thing that really annoyed me was the employees having to wear hair nets! Totally over the top and I felt like i was in a food factory rather than a hotel

A large group of young American students on spring break was enough to ruin this stay. A hotel that is not up to the task of handling the problems, disturbances, and various disturbances caused by them. A customer service department that is absent, ineffective, and willing to lie to resolve the problem. No, I do not recommend this hotel. However, I would like to point out that the room service and bar/restaurant staff are up to the task.
