staff at Parilla grill
Carlos, Lucio, Nico, Ramon and the rest of the staff are attentive and can even remember your drink😊 we’ve been coming here for 4 years and will continue to return as long as they continue to make us feel welcome and at home!!!
We have been coming to Villa La Estancia for over 15 years, and at least 30 times. We have come with our family of six and by ourselves many times and always have a remarkable time. From the time you are greeted at the front door. By Gerardo “Jerry” and Raul to having a drink at La Casona Bar with Gabriel then lounging pool side, the service continues with Pool Concierge Esbai and servers Ernesto, Jose, Josue, and Ramon. The service is always outstanding and we always leave feeling like we were treated beyond expectations. Villa La Estancia continues to remain the place to stay when we travel south of the border...
The greatest hotel I have ever been.
I got to say that villa la estancia has been by far the most beautiful hotel that my family and I have ever been, one of employee by the pool “Freddy” was excellent I wish this corporation hire more employees like him, he was very professional, kind and concerned with all are needs if I would have to rate his performance I would definitely give him more than 100% on everything. Employees like “Freddy” are the one that want you come back again and again, Thank you.
trip with teen kids
I lover this resort. It was beautiful and the food was outstanding for an all inclusive. PRO: Carlos Christian that worked by the pool always found my family of 5 chairs together with shade!! He hustled!! Las Casona Restaurant: Melissa (at breakfast) and Edger (at dinner) made every experience at the restaurant special and full of fun. They both showed excellent knowledge of menu and food. The girls at the spa were amazing. When we showed up and received a hand and arm massage complementary.....that was the greatest way to start a vacation!!! CON: *The restaurant at the poolside closed at 6:00 (they food/drinks were wonderful). This is too early. If you want a cocktail between 6-7:30 you have to walk to the sister property. Room service doesn't even deliver cocktails. They only deliver wine/beer. *We got tricked into the "Time Share sells pitch". Since we are a family of 5 the discount we received off excursion ticket prices added up to saving $349 dollars. However, that being said this was a brutal 2 hours of pressure sells. If you have a smaller party it might not bar worth your time.
