The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our butlers, Alan, Omar and Gerson went over and above to accommodate all of our needs in a timely manner. They went as far as surprising us with a beautifully decorated room for our wedding anniversary. It was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our week stay.

Cancun Ventus March 2025
The staff at Ventus was very friendly and attentive. Our butlers, Omar, Alan and Gerson went out of their way to accommodate all of our needs and surprised us with a beautiful and decorated room for our anniversary. It was unexpected and very much appreciated.

Amazing vacation at Ventus at Marina El CID
We are frequent visitors to Ventus at Marina El CID and always have an amazing vacation. This trip we had a wonderful butler, Hugo. He helped us plan all our dinner reservations, made sure our suite was fully stocked every day, and beautifully set for a great night of sleep every evening. The resort is just absolutely beautiful. The beach was great this visit as well. We have visited during late spring and summer in prior years, but I think we will try to make it back every February! The staff is so warm and kind. They always make us feel like we are coming home when we visit. Cannot wait to return!

Capitan Renan & His Team Are The Absolute BEST.
The #1 thing about this place was Capitan Renan and his team. Mr. Renan along w Rudolpho, Manuel, Carlos, Jose, the absolute badass Miguel, and the rest of the crew that I missed out on their names. For example, my 3 year old fell asleep as we arrived to have dinner at the buffet. Mr Rudolpho went out of his way to tie 2 chairs together and added a couch cushion so my baby boy could rest safe and comfy while we were also able to comfortably eat dinner. Rudolpho and Manuel also catered top my autistic 8 year old's needs. My son is a very picky eater, but they would always bring him out a plate of fresh hot french fries for him, no questions asked. Of course we could've grabbed them from the buffet, but that just shows how amazing these people are. Without asking, they immediately took care of my son. Miguel was such a great guy. Talking with him made you feel at ease and like family. He also provided excellent service. To Capitan Renan, thank you so much for your hospitality. Your kindness, your big smile, the laughs you shared with our family, your great suggestions, and the way you made us always feel like we were V.I.P. was something we haven't felt before in neither of the last 2 resorts we've been to. Thanks to Mr. Mario Rivera for having such an incredible person and team on his staff. Excellent choice, sir. Also want to give a shout out to the very nice young man who hepled us with our luggage on our way out. His name was Victor. Great guy. There was also a very professional and kind bartender by the infinty pool (the one for everybody, not the adult only one) who wears glasses. He was awesome and very welcoming as well. I'm sorry i didnt take down his name. Wendy the housekeeper, please give us a second to answer the door before you barge in after your quick knock. That crap happened twice. First time we were half dressed and the second time we were all laying down for a nap. Thanks to everybody For an amzing experiance and we look forward to coming back next Spring Break. - Brian and family

Mar 11, 2025Great resort for the family vacation
Overall, we had a pleasant trip. Our rooms were great, the food was good, and service was always with a smile and a great attitude. The resort is very big, so be prepared to walk a lot. The grounds are well maintained, the beach as well, but you know… they can only do so much about the sea weed, but they clean it daily. As for the entertainment, we’ve seen much better in other resorts…, but we only gave it a try couple of nights and did not bother after that. There is a decent gym that you can use. As for the downsides: 1. Wifi - they only give you 2 codes per room. You have to pay extra (and a high price) for additional devices. I think this is a bit weird.. 2. Saving pool chairs with your towel situation - honestly, I have not seen this problem THIS bad on other resorts I have recently been to… we would come to the pool around 9am and almost all chairs would be taken. With the towels. There would be no people, only towels. I once decided to make a point and watch when the owner of the towel returns (it was already in place when I arrived). I spent over two hours close to that chair and did not see the person coming back… there are signs all over informing the guests that they should not reserve the seats for more than an hour, but I feel that resort should do more to enforce this.
