The incomparable villas, overlooking Kuilima Cove, deliver a masterful blend of exclusivity and relaxation from their coveted beachfront location.
The collection of dining options at Turtle Bay allows you to indulge in the finest Hawaiian Island cuisine prepared by knowledgeable chefs in spellbinding settings. Harmonizing the influences of Hawaii with the freshest organic ingredients from the North Shore, chefs present a sumptuous menu rich in exotic tastes and artistic flare. Sample handcrafted cocktails from their Mixologists or create your own.
A luxury beach resort, Turtle Bay also features championship golf courses by Fazio and Palmer, tennis courts, horseback riding, hiking, and mountain bike trails, a surfing school, world-class dining, and shopping. Enjoy two lushly landscaped pools - the main pool and hot tubs are surrounded with ocean views, tropical flowers, and swaying palm trees. Two hot tubs are located in the main pool area, one of each end of the pool. A kiddie pool is home to a waterfall and an 80-foot waterslide that is open to and fun for all ages! Both Resort pools operate using saline which is composed of natural salt water rather than chemically-based chlorine.
At the spa Nalu you can choose from an array of face and body spa care therapies where highly trained staff will ensure a rejuvenating experience. The massage, body treatments, and skin and salon services transport you to an oasis of serenity.

Well overpriced resort...toooo expensive Way overpriced resort! Sure, its all in the location in the North Shore of Oahu. But hotel prices for just overnight sleep are exceedingly high. No bottled water in the room or anything. We were with a family with younger children, and one of the girls was send out of the pool because of having and playing with a floatable balloon. Meanwhile, hotel guests were drinking large piles of beer and cocktails standing in the water of the pool and shouting loudly. Creepy! Personal at Ron bar not too polite... I guess, as this is the only hotel in the near surroundings, you have no choice of staying here. Otherwise, this hotel would have lost due to all competition...
5 star hotel with 2 star quality!
Location is stunning but that’s it! For a 5 star hotel they only offer filtered coffee in the main breakfast area. Kids aren’t able to enjoy a milkshake because their ‘bartender’ is only available on the weekend. Warning ⚠️ There is NO KIDS CLUB OR GAMES ROOM FOR TEENS!! What 5* resort doesn’t offer such a service BUT YOU CAN BRING YOUR ANIMALS TO STAY? Really??? Warning ⚠️ You will get charged for Pool towels if not returned!!! Even though they stay within the resort and get taken to the pool with the room is serviced - you will get charged! We did - until I had a conniption!! They refunded it immediately. Warning ⚠️ We paid our room/extras in cash upon checkout. Making sure that there was a ZERO BALANCE but checked our C/C arriving in Australia 1 day later, and found they had CHARGED OUR CARD WITHOUT OUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT FOR ANOTHER $600 USD! We’ve now had to wait 3-5 business days for a full refund! Ridiculous considering the caliber of this resort. Beautiful location away from hustle & bustle of Waikiki but this resort was far from 5*
It was the vacation every . We stayed on the vip floor where they served up breakfast and a afternoon snack ... Entertainment each night ... a view of the beach and pool The food on the resort was a little pricey but good. Everyone was really helpful
I have been at Turtle bay at least five times. Each time I enjoyed my stay except for this summer. In most cases the staff were friendly. But the mangers were very rude (two of them) harassing me to get out of my room by 11 or they start charging me late fee. The discussion got so bad that I had to hung up. Then I got another call from another manager harassing me. Previously the checkout was at 12 it is now 11. I didn’t know that, and I was asking them for extra time to pack my stuff. Anyway, there’re changes that you need to be aware. For example, the beach Backrest Chaise Lounge used to be free and part of the resort fee. But now they charge you $25 per day for each one. The billing system is complicated, make sure you read every charge. They add $15 per day for parking which by the way it is not part of the resort fee. I wanted to change my king bed to two double bed. I had to pay extra ($80 per day). The beach is kind of rocky and hard to swim. Traffic keeps getting worst. It takes almost two hours to get to the city (Honolulu). Turtle bay is nice place to visit but not to stay. For the money, you can do better elsewhere.
Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. It was a last minute decision to stay at Turtle Bay. We left terrible ARBNB . I wished we booked the hotel earlier and stayed longer The staff was excellent and the hotel room was beautiful.. Aloha!
