Had an amazing time on vacation. The food was good, had a lot of options if you are willing to venture into the family side of the resort. The service was great. Best way to communicate with your butler is through what's app because they are usually busy running around. They always responded quickly to us. You do have to pay extra for the spa but they gave us a large discount. If you eat at the Japanese restaurant the Teppanyak grill has its own set menu vs. if you eat at a regular table you get to order off the general menu. We only brought carry-ons and did not bring enough sunscreen. Try and buy sunscreen outside the resort. They were charging $30 USD for a bottle of sunscreen at the little shopping boutiques. We did sit through a "membership rewards presentation" for a free massage but It was very long. Overall a very relaxing hotel.

Amazing!
Angel was the best spa coordinator. Nataly gave the best massage and was very attentive! The hydrotherapy is top tier. I suggest that everyone who stays at TRS book the spa package! You will not regret it! It’s the perfect spark needed for couples!

Travel Club Rep
Agustin, rep for travel club was amazing. He went above and beyond to get us to attend the presentation without being overbearing or too persistent. And it didn’t end once he signed us up. He walked us to the travel club, followed up with us after and he helped us with the reservations for gifts we received for attending. He’s great!

Nice Resort
Resort was great but food was not good on the Adult side. Reservation was difficult to get on Family side for dinner at restaurants
