Amazing service from the staff in the day to day. It is hard to find bad things. The conditions are way above average and it is hard to be disappointed! All inclusive option is very good and affordable for the conditions that are provided. Restaurants have many food options. Fully recommended if you want to have some leisure time in Cancun.

wonderful honeymoon
From the moment we arrived we were treated like family by Adrian, Alfredo, & Bryan our butlers. They helped make our 5 night stay so lovely as we celebrated our honeymoon and my birthday. The pool, restaurants, and beach were all gorgeous, relaxing, and had amazing staff checking on us to make sure we were never thirsty, hungry, not having fun! They helped us schedule our whole week in advance including a catamaran excursion to Isla Mujeres. With all of the dinner options in between the TRS and Grand Palladium next door (with convenient golf cart escorts everywhere) we got to experience so many cuisines and made various friends with couples who had been coming to this resort for years. We will never forget our time here and will definitely be back for anniversaries!

Amazing birthday treat for my wife
Definitely going back. The service group are the heart and soul of the resort. They meet all the requirements that make your stay a lifetime memory. I hope they are fully compensated for that.

TRS Costa Mujures - Helios Restaurant
At Grand Palladium TRS Costa Mujeres-Helios, the greek salad, portobello/truffle sauce, garlic shrimp, and chocolate opera cake were all exquisite. Chef Angel, Josue, and server Joshua are all to be commended. Breakfast is also really good here also with live violin music.
