    Amazing experience as always

This was the 3rd time I have visited with my aunt and cousins and as always it was an amazing time. Garson, jessie, Agnes, and Rose in the concierge lounge are more like family to us at this point, not only are they amazing at their jobs but also they are always lighthearted and just fun to be around. Out on the beach Joey was very helpful with the biminis, and Luis and Eduardo were always there when we needed a new drink or anything, same with Dwayne behind the beach bar. It becomes like a large group of friends that we get to visit every year and I am always excited to see them and go for an unbelievable experience!

    Good but not Ritzy

When you think Ritz Carlton, you think very high-end and glamorous (at least I do). This was good but not remarkable in anyway. Pros: Rooms are large and comfortable, most of the hotel faces the ocean with great views of the sunset, staff is friendly and efficient, rooms are clean and well maintained, elevators are fast. Cons: They don't tell you but you get a forced daily housekeeping gratuity and a bellman gratuity for the first day - they should tell you this because most people tip already and don't realize it is already on the bill, the pools are average (nothing special) and as you walk down past the other hotels pretty standard for the other hotels (the Holiday Inn pool looks the best). The location is on the far north end but still walkable to the main restaurants and shops in this area. It is about a $30-35 cab fare from airport to hotel. Be advised that they can only take 5 passengers max (even in a van that can hold more ... doesn't make much sense... but that's an Aruba thing not a Ritz-Carlton issue).

    Wonderful Resort

We visited the Ritz Carlton Palm Beach November 6-11, 2019. This was our second trip here. Our first experience was two years ago and we enjoyed it so much, we came back. From the moment we arrived, Christian warmly greeted us and quickly checked us in. Our room was very clean and well appointed. We had stopped at the store for some water, wine, and a few snacks for happy hour on our balcony to watch the sun set. The gentleman who brought our luggage up noticed, and offered to bring us an additional mini fridge to keep our things in. I left a note the first morning for housekeeping requesting extra coffee pods and towels. Each day I had a cup of pods and extra towels without asking. The people at the pool did a great job getting us chairs in the morning near the pool. The level of service at the pool was amazing. Gregory and Joshua knew us by name immediately, and were always there to serve us with a smile. Wow, these two deserve a raise! Everyone working the pool and bar area each day was incredible, I wish I could remember names... it was very hot and they always had a smile on their face. The margaritas and pina coladas are delicious! Many other resorts we've been to could take a lesson on service and hospitality from the employees at the Ritz. I stopped at the front desk to request a late check-out but at the time everyone was helping someone. I waited a while but decided to leave and try back later. On my way to the elevator, the concierge hurried and tracked me down, asking if she could be of assistance. I explained I was going to request a late checkout but everyone was busy so I would stop back. She took me back to her desk and was able to grant my request with a smile. Again, above and beyond service. The restaurants in the hotel are excellent. At sunset, the patio outside the lobby bar has a beautiful view. A waiter serves cocktails and appetizers out there, and there was live music below each night. The coffee shop is awesome... in addition to coffee and pastries, they serve delicious sandwiches and gelato. The beach is incredible... lots of chairs and staff serves drinks and food to you on segways. I can't say enough about this place... we will be back for sure. 5+ stars for sure!
