I liked that the resort was not too big so it was easy access to lobby, restaurants, and our room. I did not like that in order to receive upgraded liquor a timeshare presentation was required, that information would have been appreciated before arriving as well as paying for WIFI and Samuarai restaurant was an extra fee of $25 per person
The facilities were basic and clean. Meals were as expected and reasonable but generally bland. The resort did not have any arrangements with any of the golf courses for their guests. The beach was clean but due to the small boat harbour immediately in front the beach activities were limited.
Great food and staff but the rooms need a lot of work. We would not return because of the rooms. We don't spend time in the room when we go on vacation so we normally don't complain about rooms but these needed to be mentioned.
I Hate it here!!!
Where do I begin...The food is horrible...Undercooked meat...smh...The variety is non existent. The only good thing I can say is Edwin and Pedro who are the bartenders were awesome. Other than that, this resort sucks...Nightly entertainment is a joke and drinks were poorly made. We had to change rooms because the room we were initially in was filthy and had a very bad smell. I definitely won't be staying at any Reef Resorts ever again...
Sub par vacation
Food was not good except the Japanese restaurant. Never got a king bed like I paid for. Bathrooms in the bed room were dirty. Hot tub was run down. Only thing they wanted was to push the vacation package
