Went with my husband and 2 kids 7 & 1. Food was good, service was basic ( I am used to great service because I always tip very well) wait time was horrendous, only 2 places to eat and it was very difficult to accomidate the guests that were there. The hotel was not even full, and having hungry children made it all that more horrendous! We missed lunch due to kids playing on the beach, thinking we can have a snack at the cafe, that was not the case. They had no sandwiches and only 2 different kinds of cakes, that didnt go well. Resort is very small, 1 pool and 2 places to eat, 2 bars. Not enough staff, they didnt even have a waiter at the pool. To say we wont be going back is obvious! Way toooooo expensive for something that is not worth it!!!

Beautiful beach! Snorkeling right off shore (but don’t count on hotel to provide equipment as they advertise) Bring your own gear & water shoes or expect to pay triple the cost at store. Very friendly, respectful & helpful staff! Exception would be front desk, the were of NO help if we had questions. No American $ exchange all 3 times we asked ( singles or fives for tip) The only way we got change was from resort staff (bar) by beach. Clean room, comfortable bed, mini fridge with beer & soda (not restocked during your stay-ours was 7 days) water was restocked sometimes. Noise was an issue for me, as I am a light sleeper anyway) Patio with 2 chairs and nice view of landscaping & a little ocean between other units. We had King w/tropical view. Food was biggest disappointment. We went to town & taco stand up the road (fabulous!)

Food was terrible, utmost unedible. Room old smelly and unclean. Beach was nice, staff was 50/50 some good some bad, some really bad. Worst all-inclusive resort that I have been to and I have been to over 10. Beach was nice, only 1 pool basically 1 bar and 2 bad restaurants, save ur money and book elsewhere.

Very disappointed and very stressful
Long que for dinner and then forced to choose either Italien or orientel food (not the reason we travel to Mexico). Stressful to eat while people are standing in line to eat. We were not allowed to have our 4-year old in our arms walking 10 meters beside the hotel because apparently the hotel next door had the private beach and it was adults only. We wanted to eat lunch when we arrived but we were not allowed to sit at the only available table because it was set for more people. No one working at the buffet could think out of the box and maybe split the table. The wine was served in warm water glass. There was way too much noise by the pool. One evening there was 2 kinds of music, American football on the big screen and very much noise from the kitchen, very stressful. When there was water aerobics and other water sports the music was so loud than we couldn’t talk to each other, not nessesary at all. People were coming in from different hotels drinking free in the beachbar while we had to pay for a whole night with all inclusive even though we told more than a week in advance that our flight was cancelled. We tried several times to email the hotel but they never responded. Several children felt and hurt themselves by the slide because it was very slippery with alges. There is only one slide, not two as shown in the pictures. The oozes in the spa was like European and you can only withdraw US dollars at the ATM - in Mexico!!!

Friends group vaca
Drinks are cold and beach was great, that’s all I need! Food was not good and too crowded with Secrets and Dreams customers taking over our restaurants and beach chairs, our beach / ocean front was better than than theirs so they just crowded us. Aaron with the Entertainment/ Activities team was so much fun! Give him more money, he deserves tips too!!
