Martin y Ismael son muy amables and provided amazing service. Every staff member was respectful and took good care of us. We felt welcomed and at home. We were more than happy with our stay and definitely will be re-visiting in the near future.

Amazing
Customer service was amazing, very kind and helpful Ismael, Oscar, and Martin. They helped us very much throughout our stay here at Sunscape. They were very quick getting us a taxi and telling us places to visit. Hoping to come back soon with family and to see our 3 hotel helpers again.

lack of sunbeds on the beach smelly water in the pool slow service at the bars no all-inclusive identification (bracelet), permanent announcement of room number everywhere slow and unwilling staff at breakfast, no small spoons for tea or compote if the hotel takes 1 star off, it is appropriate

Best Vacation!
We had the most amazing stay. Our room was clean and serviced daily. The staff was helpful, friendly, and always had a smile. The food selection for every meal was excellent with a great variety and was delicious! Special shout out for the staff at the World Cafe - you are the best! Evening entertainment was fun. Would strongly recommend this resort.

Really fun place for a young family! The pool is great and wasn't too busy, the kids park offered hours of enjoyment for my young family but the staff really made the trip for us - especially Ritchi! Always coming over to invite us to play beach volleyball or teach the kids Spanish or a round of mini golf.
