    Would not return to this resort

    Wonderful staff, food not exceptional. Pretty much ate bread, fruit and rice. Had a burger from the buffet and within one hour I was bringing it back up. Adults only sun club wonderful, family sun club is in the boonies, very long walk. We changed from family sun club to adult sun club for a fee of 300 u.s Four of six of us fell ill with virus? or food related. There could be a better variety of foods at the buffets. Coco cafe was exceptional. Pools not overly clean. If you can stay up til midnight you can reserve a restaurant but only one day at a time. Kevin and Ashley in Kaleidoscope were exceptional. Juanita our housekeeper took excellent care of us. We are not big drinkers but what we did have was very good. Got most of our drinks from sun club lounge or sun club beach bar. HUGE problem with lounge chairs, it would be helpful if 2lounge chairs were placed in front of each room. We want to thank Rosa for her help in changing rooms. It was a pleasant experience. Felix and Dave helped us move our luggage with no worries and made sure all was good.

    Nice week !

    We had a wonderful week. We had a fantastic service from Rachel at the Kaléidoscope buffet :) ! She was all smile and knew what we wanted. She Even learned our names and brang us the best cappucinos for breakfast ! The food was good and diversified !

    Fantastic Sunclub buffet experience

    Rachelle was an excellent hostess for the kaleidoscope buffet in the Sunclub we asked for a small plate of bacon as there was little left in the buffet and she brought us every morning a full plate of bacon for the 7 of us without us asking for it. Thank you very much Rachelle

    STAY AWAY!

    If your a non smoker this resort is not for you. Every 5 feet there was someone smoking a cigar, cigarette or other various choices. All drinks including alcohol drinks were all watered down. Also on the website it mentioned nothing about having no elevators. Also, service was poor, food was horrific. It was the worst vacation I ever had. On a more positive note, the beach was gorgeous and our room was nice but leaked when it rained heavy. Housekeeping was outstanding. They did a fabulous job. I was so disappointed to find out this was a Hyatt resort. I really expected more quality.

    Enjoyed the resort

    We stayed at Sunscape Coco for 10 days and had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and our room was spotless. We did have an issue with our safe, but it was resolved quickly—within 10 minutes. The end of our stay the resort was getting extra busy so we were there at a good time. A special shoutout to Nicholas at Sharky’s—he was hands-down our favorite bartender. He was quick, efficient, and made the experience so much fun! The à la carte restaurants were all delicious, but our favorites were the Blue Water Grill and Tiki Taco. The nightly entertainment was fantastic as well—the magic show and circus show were two of our favorites! One small downside was having to wake up extra early to reserve a spot on the beach or by the main pool. Fortunately, there was a smaller pool near our room with about eight beach chairs, and we usually managed to grab one throughout the day. Overall, the staff was friendly, although service was occasionally a bit slow. Despite that, we would definitely return to this resort.
