Wonderful hotel but it does need some maintenance other than that the food and staff was great! If you’re looking for a budget and family friendly resort this place is it!

Amazing Stay
We had an amazing one-week stay at Sunscape Cancun as a couple. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The activities were outstanding pool volleyball, beach volleyball, and fun games that truly had something for all ages. The entertainment at night was great, especially the magic show, which was amazing. The drinks were very good, with excellent espresso martinis and Aperol spritzes. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Dinner options were very good, and the service throughout the resort was outstanding. A special shout out to the lifeguards, who were attentive and did an incredible job keeping swimmers safe. Overall, an amazing resort with great energy, service, and fun. We would absolutely return.

Fun family trip
Excellent small resort. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is varied and well cooked. Beach is stunning! Loved the waves. Great children's area

Great spot.. Not too big, not too small.
Visited Sunscapes with our extended family, 9 of us in total, ages 1 to 71 years old. Good: Food, Service, beds/rooms, beach and chairs, and the entertainment was fun. Needs Improving: Not a lot to highlight here... only thing would be sound treatment and volumes. Entertainment was always too loud, and overall the restaurants and common areas echo quite a bit, almost always a dull roar inside everywhere. Overall, was a 5 star experience, especially the service/staff. Just needs some sound treatment and turning the volume knob a couple clicks to the left for the evening shows. My favorite resort ive been to in Mexico so far, would recommend to friends and family.
