I stayed in this hotel along with my wife and a kid. The hotel got some amazing restaurants and pool side bars inside, food quality is really good. They have a separate pool for kids to enjoy. I loved their daycare facility where we can drop the kids for entire day. The team of Maria, Ari, Ale, Ali, and Rubi take excellent care of children and ensure they have an amazing trip experience. The hotel also provides in-house bookings for outdoor expeditions such as Chechen Iza. Overall we enjoyed the stay in the Sunscape Cancun.

Excellent service!
Was a really fun time. Geremias the barista was very friendly, helpful, and professional! Always great coffee! The resort was amazing, the beach was perfect! Over all a great trip!!

Romeo was really amazing! He made our 10 year anniversary feel really special! He even took really nice photos of us. A wonderful night to remember.

Orlando was the best in Cancun 🎉
Orlando was an excellent waiter for us at Sunset. He was attentive to all of us and made us feel like family. Very helpful and kind all night! Wonderful experience ❤️

We really enjoyed the resort! Our only regret was less wind and more time to enjoy the ocean. We had an issue with one of our excursions, and the resort and "Playa Collection" did a great job of helping resolve it.
