Amazing property with outstanding service
The Sheraton is an amazing property. We had a beautiful ocean front room. The staff here are attentive and professional, Irvin at the front desk is welcoming and very helpful. The restaurantes are delicious. We enjoyed Tomates Resturant the most, Adelina, Reyna and Cindy welcome you and treat you like royalty. I experienced this amazing customer service each time I was there. Adelina went above and beyond to make each visit memorable. Service with class and a smile. The Argentinian themed buffet was beyond delicious. For breakfast you can enjoy the buffet or order from the menus. We will be returning soon.
Great place to Vacation
My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at the Sheraton, thanks to Manny at the front desk. He really changed our trip around. We arrived at 5:00 pm on Aug 3 and the lobby had a line of people waiting to check in. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and were able to use the app to check in. All we were expecting to do was visit the Bonvoy desk to pick up the keys. The bellman escorted us to a large round table in the room and instructed us to wait there until the Bonvoy reception person returned. We waited there for about 15 mins but no one ever arrived. In the meantime, more guests arrived and the line grew longer at the reception desk. I asked one of the 3 women standing next to the front door if they knew when the Bonvoy desk person would be back. They all looked at each other in confusion. None of them seemed to know who or what I was talking about it. I returned to the large round desk in the center of the room and waited another 10 minutes. The same Bellman entered the room and saw me still waiting to be helped. He said, im sorry you had to wait. Im not sure about that Bonvoy desk but let me ask the reception desk to assist you. He lead me to the front of the line and asked Alejandra to help me. I took out my phone and tried to explain that i was already checked in and just needed the keys. Alejandra corrected me and said “No. you still need to check in with us, but thank you for using our app.” I reached down to get my wallet and take out my credit card and ID only to look up and see Alejandra call the next person in line and begin checking them in. I let her finish with that guest before handing her my credit card. Alejandra looked at me in disgust and said, “Did you even wait in line?” I told her “Yes! I’ve been waiting for a long time at the round table for a while now.” Alejandra rolled her eyes, took my credit card and proceeded to check me in. She didnt say much until giving me my room key and a resort map. She said “We thank you for being a Bonvoy member. Enjoy your stay.” That was it. My membership status comes with an upgraded room - when available. Alejandra didnt mention anything about it until I asked her if we received the upgrade. She said “No, Im sorry. There are no rooms available. Maybe you can try tomorrow.” I was able to discuss my experience with Manny & Carmen who genuinely wanted to help me. I received the best customer service from them and because of that, had the most memorable vacation.
This was our first visit to Los Cabos and we had high expectations. Manny made all our dreams come true. He personally saw that all of our minor problems were handled in a very timely manner. His personal service is the best we have experienced anywhere. We truly enjoyed all of our interactions with Manny and the way he looked after us. Manny is definitely a shining star at the Sheraton. The room was great and the views unbelievable. We enjoyed the numerous pools and the quiet peace of the beach. The De Cortez restaurant should not be missed.

My husband and I are having a wonderful vacation at the Sheraton. It started with Manny emailing us before we arrived to make sure our trip preferences were taken care of. When we arrived, we were overjoyed with our room and location! We have amazing views with a great balcony in an awesome location. The customer service is really impressive and is consistent with everyone we interact with at the resort. A big Thank You to Manny, Irvin, Carlos, and housekeeping for making our stay even better.

Very spacious rooms, we had a 2 bedroom unit for our family of 5 - all adults. Plenty of room to hang out, eat and get ready for the day. The 3rd full bath was instrumental in allowing us to get ready in a timely manner. Oscar at the pool gives top notch, over the top service! Loved him. Roccio in Tomatoes Restaurant is as sweet and attentive as one could hope for.
