    Sheraton Grand Los Cabos Hotel

    Beautiful, friendly, safe, super helpful staff, good location, great for kids. We went for a wedding and the setting was terrific. It is not advised that you swim in the ocean, but there are several pools and a beautiful spa. The staff everywhere were kind and friendly and took care of any details that were needed.

    Great location for vacation and family functions

    Great location for vacation and family functions. The room décor was wonderful. The food was delicious. Pools were relaxing. Being off season, there was still a shortage of pool chairs/lounges. Disappointed we could not swim in the ocean. Overall, we want to bring the whole family, including grandkids there for a vacation.

    Such a great place

    Amazing resort. Clean. Staff helpful. Roscio was our breakfast server. Two years in a row. Just love her! Pool service was great. Ate at the steak house twice. Food great and service and ambience even better. Sorry I cant remember names from that restaurant because they were just great. Would def be back. See you next year!!

    Need to work on their electrical grid

    I was there in July and the lights went out on two consecutive days...that was extremely disappointing. I was dying from the heat. They did nothing special for their guest to compensate for this mishap. The first night it happened, I had to walk back to my room in the dark.

    Excellent Visit, Excellent Service, Excellent Vacation

    Where do I begin? This was a fabulous hotel. We originally booked a garden view room, when we got there (delayed due to our flight), our room was ready, but the air conditioner was not working, that night they sent in a repair man, they tried to fix it, said they would send in another person in the morning to verify it was working. 9:00 am the next day, no air conditioning. The hotel staff immediately upgraded our room to a magnificent ocean view room. Next day, new room, hot water not working, hotel staff again come in immediately, fix. We had a few minor issues, that the employees resolved immediately, and called us regularity to make sure things were good. The gave us a few free dinners at Tomatoes because of the minor issues we had. The manager even gave us a fruit basket, to apologize for any inconvenience. FIRST OF ALL.... none of this was human error, it was just mechanical and fixed or remedied immediately. So, the customer service at this hotel was superb. The employees, especially Angel Como (and the other young lady working with him) at the front desk, were courteous, friendly, helpful, kind, loving... i could use more adjectives, but you get my point. I LOVED THIS PLACE, WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.... FABULOUS ALL AROUND.... only minor complaint is the Time Share sales right when you get there, but we understand that is part of the gig.... other than that... super fabulous place to stay from the employees, to the accommodations to the food. thank you Sheraton Grand Los Cabos for a great week vacation!
