Our trip was amazing! We went for our honeymoon and had the best time! Not only were we relaxed at all times but Duran and Kenroy (our Butlers) waited on us hand and foot! Anything we wanted / needed ... they took great care of us! We debated extending our stay, it was so great! Preferred Club was so worth it it!

Thanks to Tracy Mueller owner @Island Dreams for arranging another flawless vacation. Upon arriving she had Mobay waiting for us and quickly went through customs, grabbed our luggage and took us to their private lounge for drinks and snacks while we waited for our transportation to Secrets. We booked Preferred, check in was quick, Mathew took us to our room and made sure we were happy with everything. The Wild Orchid beach was rocky so we spent our time at the St James preferred beach. We ate at the Blue Mt, World Cafe, barefoot Grill, Portofino, and the French restaurants, all were good. They also have a buffet on Friday nights which was very good. We also visited Breathless on the roof top one evening and the pool during the day. It was a short walk and worth seeing. Overall we enjoyed our 6 day stay. The staff was very nice and efficient. Special thanks to Mathew(customer service @ Wild Orchid Preferred), he always made our day.. Charice and Rodane , best bartenders at the Baracuda Bar and a warm "Thank You" to Mr. Richard Dixon for our reservation @ Portofino's. See you all again soon,

Business stay @ Secrets
The food was amazing. Consistently well seasoned, warm and tasty. The room was really niice and clean too. The staff were warm and friendly. I really did feel welcome and at home. The room was niice and clean. I have stayed at a few all inclusive hotels in Jamaica; first time at secrets and it has now become apart of my top 2 all inclusive hotels in Jamaica

Great stay
Great experience super kind and helpful staff so actually remembered us by name the whole trip the beer selection was my only complaint they have red stripeand thats it other than that highly recommend a stayhad so much fun and the preferred club really makes u feel special

Had high expectations but wasn't pleased. Not clean, service was very slow. Staff wasn't that friendly and welcoming Entertainment was great! Food wasn't the best. The pool was nice. The bartender at the pool was great. The rooms weren't clean. Had to switch to a different room.
