Carlos Miranda, our personal butler, and the poolside staff made our stay one of the most enjoyable weeks my wife and I have had on vacation. We have traveled to many destinations in Mexico and around the world and Secrets Vallarta Bay is in our top 5 ! Carlos’ attention to detail and helpfulness was outstanding! The property was very clean and food and drink options were plentiful and good quality. I would recommend Secrets Vallarta Bay and look forward to returning!

I love Secrets Vallarta Bay (the people are amazing)
Secrets Vallarta Bay is like a home away from home. When we come to visit we are treated like family. Joel, Yamile, Carlos and Daniel all made the pool experience top notch. Sergio took care of us at breakfast every day. Pablo was always there to help out with any questions.

This is a very nice resort with a responsive staff and great food. They do a nice job maintaining the Secrets side of the resort to adults only. The sunsets were great and there is also plenty to do in the town of Puerto Vallarta. Pablo was top notch! Will definitely go back again.

Food was just ok. However people were friendly and helpful. Our butler Carlos Miranda was great. Did anything we needed. Room was clean and very comfortable. Lot of loud fighting between guests in our hall late at night but what can u do? To much alcohol i guess.

What set Carlos apart was his ability to make us feel so valued and cared for. No request was too small or big, and he always handled everything professionally and gracefully.
