The resort is beautiful, the grounds are very well kept. The staff is excellent, a few shout outs for Carlos Miranda our personal butler, our poolside staff, Hugo, Manuel, Alejandro and many more that make a great team poolside. Our breakfast at Market Cafe with our most excellent waiter, Caesar who always had us in his VIP section. Housekeeping did an amazing job and only to be out done by their response time for an pillow, towels and a fresh robe after I spilled something on mine. The meal quality for an all inclusive I would put up against any restaurant that is pay as you go, the filet mignon which I had more than once was some of best beef I have ever eaten in 30+ years of vacationing in Puerto Vallarta.

Wonderful week
So much to share about this wonderful experience. We have been to Puerto Vallarta five or six times but this is the first time at this resort. This will definitely happen again for us. From the moment we checked in Carlos and Jose were completely amazing and attentive for any needs. They were able to arrange restaurant reservations, a cabana and constantly checked in on us. Maria at the desk in the preferred club was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. We were so impressed with the breakfast at the buffet with Adrian, Marnay and Andres. Adrian made us special drinks and took fantastic care of us. We made sure to sit in his area each time and he had a special thank you goodbye waiting for us on our last day. We spent most of our time at the pool, twice in the cabanas and both Emilio and Diego were amazing and never left our drinks empty. Food the resort was amazing. I was a little skeptical of all inclusive food, but the restaurants are wonderful. Priscilla at the Mexican restaurant was our server two different times and absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing week

Amazing experience. Shoutout Carlos and Jose
Carlos Miranda and Jose Becerra made the trip unforgettable. Cannot speak highly enough about the impeccable Service provide by those two. We will be coming back because of them and recommend anyone and everyone to the resort for those two!

PV Vacation
The personal assistant Jose Becerra in the Preferred Tower is incredibly helpful, friendly and made us feel like family. We have stayed there many times and he is wonderful. We think very highly of him and highly recommend his resort and services. A wonderful place to vacation.

Excellent Time!
We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff, in particular Carlos Miranda, Jose Becerra, Humberto (waiter in breakfast buffet) and Dhani (activities director), were incredibly attentive and friendly. We would definitely come back.
