Love the room it was awesome bed was so comfortable the shower was so spacious and the beach was one of the most beautiful beaches i have enjoyed like the vive in this place....the service was outstanding people here treath you like a king The food was top notch

Usually I don’t write comments, I only check reviews. This time I have to share my experience at the resort as you find here mixed reviews and hope it’s helpful. Good: -The design is nice -resort is well maintained -Jasmine Restaurant -several pools, so u can definitely find sunbeds at any time of the day -coffee shop 24/7 open. Amazing iced coffee Bad: -staff is rude (e.g. no service at the pool, so we did go to the pool bar to get some snacks to eat, which we go a day before incl. menu. Servant said he doesn’t want to walk to the kitchen. If they serve food depends on the waiter. ) -restaurants and except of Jasmine is bad. Please eat elsewhere or stay somewhere else -huge hotel, and a lot of party until middle of the night to 3-4am -service is really bad! Actually non existent

An unforgettable honeymoon
Wow! What a beautiful hotel & a beautiful place. Staff are excellent, attentive & very friendly - especially Jeramias who mainly worked on the bar at reception. All the staff from the front of house, bar staff, cleaners, cooks, everyone was absolutely superb. The food was exceptional & the a la cartes too! Beach club is fabulous, great transport & services there too. Again staff are excellent. Towels available at hotel and beach club. Very comfy Sunbeds all round. Lots of options. Some of the hotel was still having some work done to it but I guess you get that with any new hotel - didn’t affect our use of it at all. The only thing I would change about anything is for the pools (especially the swim up rooms) could do to be deeper. The team at the excursion desks were great - however, one day we asked if we would like to go and have a look around the sister hotel about 15mins away incase we want to return to that one, of course we agreed. They said there would be a presentation- this was actually a sales pitch for you to ‘invest’ $100,000.00. When we made it very clear that we was on our honeymoon and wasn’t interested, 5 people later and demanding the taxi back to our hotel we left feeling very ‘bullied’. This took 3.5 hours of our day too. I’d suggest the ‘sales’ people on the excursion desks make it very clear & do not false advertise this to poach people in. Put that bit aside, the honeymoon was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for making this fantastic. What a beautiful hotel & junior swim up suite. Mr & Mrs Howarth

Nice all inclusive
Secrets Tulum is a very nice all inclusive. The staff are extra helpful and friendly. Services are excellent. Room was large. I like the transportation provided to the beach. The only comment I would make is that the meals can be hit or miss. Also, perhaps more healthy menu options, particularly for in room service. The fact that in room dining is provided is a wonderful option.

Most Unique Secrets Hotel
The most unique Secrets resort completely designed in Tulum bohemian style. Much quieter and relaxing than other Secrets. They brought the beach to the hotel with sand around the pools but you can also take the safari ride to their private beach club and have a relaxing day there with the beautiful soft sand and aqua colored ocean.
