    A very lovely, peaceful trip. Staff amazing!!

    Six of us arrived on Saturday 11/8 and were welcomed home by the extremely helpful hotel porters. As a preferred member they immediately brought us up to the second floor to the Preferred Club lounge. There were plenty of light snacks and we were given welcome drinks. Check in was fast and we were brought to our room, 2118. Our friends were in 2104 and 2101. After getting settled in we went into our joint swim out pool and hung around until dinner. We got ready and 6 of us went to the Blue Water Grill. The staff was attentive and the food was very very good. Had breakfast the next morning at Jasmine and had Sergio as our server. He was excellent, we would continue to see him throughout the rest of the week, working hard, smiling and always said hi (similar to all of the rest of the staff). Met with Mario from the VIP club who gave us as tour of the Mayan Ruins on Tuesday, a group Cenote tour on Thursday and would check in on us everyday. Breakfast at Market Cafe was always good with plenty of options compared to other resorts. They also had a great lunch selection everyday mixing things up. For dinners we bounced around, Grotto, Jasmine, Mexican BBQ night with the Fire Show (Mexican Night and Fire Show was amazing and highly recommended). Plenty of activities to do during the day and shows at night. The Entertainment Staff led by Cristal, Ariel, Daniel, Samara (Dani and Samara on the bike tour were amazing!!! Highly recommend it if you want to explore some local establishments, culture and history). Did the Silent Disco and trivia nights at the Lobby and the staff was always fun and attentive. The Cenote was amazing at Cenote Corazon led by Samara with a complimentary ride there in the resort jungle style transport truck. Did the beach on our first day, there was plenty to do there, corn hole, volleyball, the plunge pools were a really nice addition and the sand and water was awesome! Jeremias (bartender) was amazing always making us new, different shots everyday all over the resort and Patricia at the Central pool was always friendly and quick to pour a drink. Luis (server) at the sky pool bar made sure we never went thirsty and shared some laughs with us. Alonzo (server) at Jasmine in the mornings and Grotto for afternoons was also amazing and made us laugh. Angel at the different pools, Zen and Lunar pools was always hustling and made sure we stayed hydrated. We met some really nice, cool couples from all over and the resort never felt crowded. The rooms were cleaned well everyday. One day we had an issue with our safe breaking and within 45 minutes had a brand new safe installed. The resort as a whole felt extremely relaxing and peaceful. The grounds are extremely well kept with a large variety of different plants and flowers. I would definitely recommend coming here!!!

    Secrets Tulum Beach Club

    I spent a week at Secrets Tulum Resort and Beach Club and it was honestly one of the most relaxing trips I have had. Everything from the service to the design to the food was amazing. The restaurants were all delicious and I loved that there were so many options without having to leave the property. The ambiance is very boho, intimate and beautifully styled with lots of calm spaces to unwind. It felt upscale but still warm and welcoming. The resort was almost empty during my stay which made it even better. It felt like I had the whole place to myself and it created such a peaceful atmosphere. As a solo female traveler I felt completely comfortable and safe the entire time. The staff were kind, attentive and always made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. The beach club was a great bonus and the whole experience felt like a true break from everything. I would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing and beautifully designed adults-only getaway in Tulum.

From seamless event coordination to exceptional dining and comfortable accommodations, everything exceeded expectations. The staff made sure our team felt welcome and supported every step of the way. An ideal location for any business event or retreat.

    Meh...I would go somewhere else next time.

    Service is great, people are friendly and willing to help. Food was mediocre at best, mosquitos everywhere, over priced massage services and taxis. Secrets used to be better than this.
