The resort is beautiful! Very clean. No bugs. The staff was super friendly. If you go...tell Endry...Dory and Madison say HELLO! The night time entertainment was excellent as were the activities at the pool each day. We recommend doing the Preferred Club option. Gives you access to restaurants and food/bar/pool areas.

Go here if you want to feel like royalty. Perfect in every way. I could find a select few complaints but I have to think hard about it. Comfy beds, 8 delicious restaurants, impeccable service, all you could ask for.

Take us back (home) to Secrets Tides
This is our second visiting Secrets Tides, and our experience was consistent across trips! Amazing. The resort itself is breath taking, a luxurious chic tropical boho vibe. This time around we got the swim out pool and I don’t think we can ever get a regular room again. The food was great, fresh, tasty… and full of options. To be honest, we loved the restaurants like Tierra (Latin), Portofino (Italian) and Seaside Grill… but the market cafe at breakfast and lunch was sooo good. Loved all the plantains, cassava, papaya, pitaya etc.. it was like the produce was handpicked everyday. But probably the # reason we will continue to go back is the staff!! So friendly, authentic and genuinely nice. And the resort wouldn’t be the same without the vibrant energetic funny entertainment staff.. I looked forward to aqua aerobics at noon everyday with Mayra, Endry, Ana Jon Carlos. I also loved the aqua spin and step aerobics with Mayra wished it was offered every day or every other day like the aerobics. After that we lounged by the pool, and after lunch we went back for my entertainment activities like Bingo, soccer, Zumba etc… the entertainment is non stop like the staff… because at night they continued to entertain us with the shows. They are amazing, thank you to Mayra, Tedi and Joan for giving us an authentic Dominican experience… until next year xoxo

Relax in luxury
My boyfriend & I recently stayed here and loved it! It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. I especially loved how attentive all staff is to food allergies - host/hostess’ ask before seating at dinner & the buffets have everything labeled with food allergy cards. Our butler Michael was super helpful & went out of his way to accommodate our requests. Our two favorite bartenders were Maria & Eusebio who made sure we had a great time by hooking us up with the BEST drinks & service. We would definitely come back!!

Wonderful Wonderful Resort
Probably one of the most enjoyable resorts we have ever been to. We are originally scheduled to go to secret supply Esmeralda and it did not open on time and frankly I'm glad of that because we got to experience secrets tides. We were there for a total of 16 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. I highly highly recommend it. I know the following list is long but I would like to point out these people as being exceptional at the resort.
