This was a wonderful relaxing trip. The staff was the best! Edwin-towels , Eacarla, Felix - market cafe y Samantha,Auscion,Ricardo- Amstar,Angela drinks.Too many staff members to name. We had a great time. The shows in the evening . The restaurants. The beach pool …The gentleman @ barefoot grill. Everyone is friendly from the beginning of the day until it’s bedtime. Johnny with the room snacks etc and Elizabeth housekeeping . They take care of you make you feel special welcomed & accommodated .the sweet pretty short lady in cocoa cafe. I have my favorites but everything and everyone is warm and so gracious. You don’t have to want for anything! Drinks dinner lunch snacks entertainment tours you name it. Greetings all day Mi Familia!!

Entertainment team was out of this world.
We so enjoyed this beautiful resort. The entertainment team was so fun and worked hard. The aqua and yoga classes were so fun. All of the team was very friendly and they would often just chat with us. There was also great entertainment in the lobby and theater at night. Food was very good and the lunch buffet was incredible.

Secrets Tides May 3 - May 10
Great Resort - Food was Amazing - we were totally spoiled - our Butler Darlin went way beyond our expectations and totally spoiled us - his attention to our needs was exemplary - other staff members who spoiled us were Mercedes - she met us nightly at our restaurant choices and introduced us to the manager of each establishment - all of the managers were very professional yet made us feel like family - one in particular was Santa at Tiera restaurant - for our friends 40th wedding anniversary she went way beyond to make it an amazing celebration- all of the servers were amazing especially Mika at main bar up front - Jose at preferred pool took great care of us - there were so many others I’m sorry I can’t remember their names - even cleaning staff and drink cart employee went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable- room was a swim out junior suite - secluded enough for relaxing when we had had enough of preferred pool or beach - nightly activities and entertainment were awesome - in closing I would highly recommend this resort

Fantastic week!
Our week at Secrets Tides was excellent. The resort and beach are absolutely beautiful, the staff is amazing. Not much sargassum on the beach and they work continually cleaning it up. Loved that we never had a problem getting a chair at the beach or pool. Food was good, we enjoyed Preferred club benefits and the upgrade to ocean view as UVC members. Favorite restaurants were Tierra, Oceana and El Patio. Entertainment was also great, Queen tribute and Magic show were favorites. Maria, our butler, did a great job of making us feel welcome and keeping us informed of all activities and helping celebrate husband’s birthday. We would definitely return!

FRANCISCO IS THE MAN! Awesome resort.
Fantastic Vacation Spot for Business and Pleasure. I want to give the biggest shoutout to Francisco in the sports bar. He is one hell of a waiter and made an amazing impression on us. He is comical and knows how to make the night last a little longer with some good drink service. Please go see him and be sure to leave him a healthy tip, he deserves every penny he earns!
