Secrets was a magical experience, me and my husband enjoyed our honeymoon there. It was clean, and amazing, we were upgraded to preferred which really was worth it. The restaurants were amazing especially La Tierra, the skirt steak was to die for. We got to know the entertainment team, especially Tedi Harry Potter and JC, they were so welcoming, we had some much fun sunset painting, and learning salsa with Spicy and Meringe. It was our first time, but definitely not the last. That’s a fact. Thank you Secrets for that magical experience. PS: only downside was, as we were upgraded to preferred we were offered a butler, Guzman showed us around initially, he was super friendly however he was filling in for another butler, when we finally met her 2 days later (we were there for a week) when we asked about booking excursions, she just said to ask near the pool. She also mentioned she had a surprise for our room… which was exciting but the only thing I can think of is her bringing sparkling wine to our room ( but we could have ordered this… so was abit confused as to why this was special) of course we were grateful to be upgraded, but just a pointer for the butlers to be abit more attentive. Only other negative was, on our first day we sat through a 90 min timeshare sales pitch, and promised a free massage, when we declined forking up 300k 😅 which was abit crazy, we were met with a very disappointed saleswoman, which is a shame. We are newly weds enjoying our honeymoon, we did accept to sit through the sales pitch. When we eventually got the $100 voucher to use at the spa, we found we couldn’t even use it as there was some promotion that didn’t allow vouchers, so we never used that.

Great Holiday
Great hotel, far exceeded my expectations, style, design , layout, setting, ambience were beautiful. All the staff were friendly, helpful, polite and efficient, very much offering a personal touch. Ray our butler was a joy to see every day. Our only negative points are the dinners were slightly underwhelming (other meals marvellous) and the white wine not as good as it could be - but we still drank it! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Our first visit to Dom Rep and Secrets ….it definitely won’t be our last. Thank you Secret Tides Punta Cana

Quiet Solo Getaway
Beautiful resort. The upgrade to the Preferred club was worth every penny. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely appointed. The Bluetooth surround sound was a nice touch. The pools were all nice in their own different ways and beach access was easy to navigate with chairs sitting back away from the beach and not taking away from your view. Overall I loved it and will return

Amazing Time at Secrets Tides!
This Secrets resort is phenomenal! The building is new and beautiful. The layout is one of our favorites and easy to navigate. The staff in all areas was also great. Diego was our "Butler" and he was exceptional. He took care of all of our needs, was so welcoming and friendly, hooked us up with great experiences, and was just a great person to know on the property. Franci was a server we were able to dine with a couple times and he was brilliant. Friendly, competent, funny, and had a great energy. He is going places for sure. Providencia was a server at Rendezvous bar that was our go to section to start our evenings and always ready with great drinks, suggestions, and nice conversation. This is pretty much tied as our #1 Secrets resort. Maroma Beach was our favorite prior to this trip, but both of these resorts are too great to pick a winner. We will be back! Thank you to EVERYONE at the resort for a trip of a lifetime.

Just recently experienced Secrets Tide Punta Cana. We went for a family vacation and celebrated our mother's 60th birthday. The resort is aesthetically pleasing with spacious rooms. Beautiful decorum and friendly staff. Only caveat is we wished there were some authentic Dominican food on the resort. During our stay we came across Santo (displayed in the picture) and he gave us information about the Vacation Club as well as multiple discounts and offers to use during our stay (spas, facials, treatments). He made the stay much more enjoyable and was a delight to see each day. Very friendly and personable worker. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would return.
