We returned to Punta Cana for the first time since our honeymoon 20 years ago. Had been hooked on Mexico. However, this trip was a game-changer. The beach is super powdery soft and beautiful. Lots of loungers poolside too. Top notch entertainment with live music in the lobby and then later a show that is not lip syncing, real bands! The bed was the most comfy I had ever experienced at an AI, loved the Bluetooth ceiling speakers to play your own tunes and the automatic bathroom lighting when you gotta go at night! Food was excellent. We enjoyed lobster, squid, shrimp, short ribs and much more. The buffet had so much variety. Tierra was such an innovative restaurant. Loved it - be sure to try the Suspiro Limeno Peruvian dessert! And the activities like earring making and sunset painting was a nice touch too. All the staff was warm and welcoming from the moment you got out of the airport ride … it was “welcome home” with a glass of champagne. Shout out to Derwin the games guy, Alexa from Tierra, our personal concierge Aliarha, and Nilka the lobby waitress. All of you added much to our positive experience and we are grateful we met you. Also, we were not preferred and we did not feel neglected in any way.

Beautiful Resort
Stayed 5 days at this new 5 star resort. We travel a couple times a year always and always 5 star but usually in Mexico. So happy we came back to DR and Secrets Tides did not disappoint, may beat out Secrets Akumal. Some things we loved; the layout was well thought out of with the Preferred club part of the main pool, beach is amazing with sandy entrance and water is supper clear. Food is great with lots of selection. Service was good for the most part. It was quiet when we got there and then it got busy a couple days in and the staff struggled to keep up. Rooms were nice with good lighting in the bathroom and double sink and large shower. The nightly shows were one of the best we have seen with the Queen show being our favourite. Loved the Christmas tree lighting party to make it feel like Christmas. All in all one of the best we have been to and we will definitely come back

Excellent experience celebrating a 60th Wedding Anniversary
This was by far the best all inclusive we have ever been too and it exceeded all of our expectations. The resort is new so everything still looks great and they hit it out of the park on all metrics. Filet mignon at Oceanea restaurant right on the beach was amazing. I would also suggest the Empanada starter at Seaside Grill. Quick shoutout to the crew at the main bar, your smoked old fashioned's were the best I've ever had. We rented a cabana at the beach and were treated like rock stars. Overall the place was great and the staff always treated us like first class. We never felt like we were asking for too much.

A beautiful gem in Punta Cana
I visited this resort with my husband last week and we absolutely loved it! We have been to many all inclusive - mostly 5star and we both said this one was definitely one of the best we have been to. The service was outstanding and the resort is incredibly well kept and beautifully designed. The food was great - we had no complaints there and we enjoyed all the meals we had during our stay. The drinks could have been a little stronger, but maybe it’s a good thing they weren’t ;) The watched the show each night and every one of the shows were great! We really enjoyed them. The beach is beautiful! Clean sand and water. It is a large beach great for walking. Be prepared to turn down some vendors - or to shop if you are looking for souvenirs. There are quite a few of them but they are very respectful and they walk away if you say no and they don’t hassle you, which is great. We have to give a special shout out to a few people that really made our stay extra special. Up first is our butler Jonathan. He took care of us from start to finish, arranged for some extra special treats during our stay and was able to secure us a late checkout for our late flight. We went over and about and was always easy to get in touch with and he checked in with us daily (at least a couple times a day) to make sure that everything was perfect. Every request we had for him was completed extremely efficiently making our stay so seamless and enjoyable. Next we have to shoutout Jorge who took care of us around the pool delivering our drinks one after another and working so hard to make sure that we always had everything we needed, whether it be a fun cocktail or a cold bottle of water in the hot sun. He was great!! Super friendly and super attentive! Last but most definitely not least - the entertainment staff really MADE our stay. They took the time to chat to us and get to know us and they were so much fun to just sit and talk to. On top of that they always got us involved in the fun by organizing games and ensuring that our day was full of fun by the pool. They were professional, personable and just a GREAT team all around. Special shoutout to Colin, JC, Diamond, Swagger, Spicy and Coffee Pot. There were others too but can’t remember their names. These guys deserve some good recognition for their hard work!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend All-Inclusive
New all-inclusive resort. The staff are all great and offer amazing service. The food is much better than most all-inclusives, great variety and quality. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the only thing being is that the AC could be a little stronger. The resort is more laid back and chill, definitely not a party place. They do offer activities throughout the day all over the resort and the nightly entertainment is top notch. Great shows, usually cover band type. We stayed in the regular part of them resort, not the preferred club. Other than a separate pool/beach area and a breakfast restaurant there didn't seem to be much of a difference. We definitely didn't feel like lesser guests. I will say the resort wasn't full by any means, so during more crowded times the club might bring better value. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the resort to anyone.
