We had a great experience at Secrets Tides Our room was on the first floor with a pool outside of our patio just steps away from the main pool and close to 2 of the restaurant I was a little nervous at first that it would be too noisy because of our location but the sliding doors cut out all the noise when closed The staff was so friendly and very attentive our Butler Jonathan checked in with us every morning to make sure we had everything we needed for the day and he made sure to ask how our dining experience was the day before and if anything needed improvement He truly was amazing and will request him when we return They have a wonderful selection of restaurants and the food was delicious Our waiter Christopher was probably our favorite great service and so kind and friendly This resort is spotless one of the cleanest places I have ever visited there staff works very hard and it shows I would recommend checking out the spa my husband and I regret not staying longer to go back to the spa My husband got the Swedish massage. He's a big boy, but they got all the kinks out he basically floated out of the place I went with the seaweed wrap and salt rub. It was wonderful. We finished off with a hydra treatment. The Jets were so strong I could barely stand. The beach was very well maintained And clean with lots of different seating options I would recommend this hotel 💕 Jess From USA Philadelphia

Great Trip to Secrets Tides Jan 2026
We recently spent a week at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. We were very happy with the accommodations, service and food. All of the staff were very friendly. The pools were excellent and the beach is the nicest I have seen. Everything went smooth from the moment we checked in until we left. The restaurants were all good. We were in preferred and our favourite meal was breakfast every morning at Oceania looking out at the ocean. We were greeted a few times during our stay by Alvaro (Manager of Guest Experience). He checked in to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Our concierge Yulian checked in regularly and was very helpful throughout our stay. Lucia at the Sugar Reef bar was great as well. We have been to a few Secrets resorts so we knew what to expect and Secrets Tides did not disappoint. We look forward to returning.

What a treat!
Great resort! The staff was professional and super friendly. The resort was spotless, the food was delicious in all restaurants and buffet. We appreciated the bar service at the beach with Angela and Victor - super friendly and always smiling. Jason was energetic and fun at the aqua aerobics pool. Francisco was a delight to talk to over at the Sports Bar - courteous, friendly and professional. We highly recommend this resort!!!

I’ve been here on a business trip for eight days, and the resort is just the right size. The staff are extremely helpful
Gisela is the main person who made our trip exceptional. She was an attendant by the pool and beach, and when I lost my room key, she volunteered to help and got me a new one. When I needed to exchange U.S. dollars, she assisted me with that as well. She also showed us the nicest places to sit. She is extremely personable, kind, and genuinely helpful.

Very beautiful resort. Rooms are spacious and always have a nice view. Right on the beach and has multiple pools a spa and gym. Not far from airport about 40 min drive. Very clean and well taken care of. Great for business retreats. Alot of food options and always has shows for people to watch. Staff is amazing and take pride in their work.
