Arrived and checked in without issue into our room on the 20th floor. Room 2009 from the 15tg to 24th (still here now). What a view! Food has been incredible and service just as good. Room service ordered for breakfast on one day due to having a work appointment online - this arrived on time and had everything we ordered. Pools are clean and the loungers padded for comfort. No annoying wristbands need to be worn and no reservations are needed for restaurants. We have eaten in them all and not had one bad meal in our time here. if this is the standard of the Secrets brand we will be coming back and will try others. Well done hotel team - you are catering for huge numbers and exceeding! You were worth the journey from the UK we will be back!

10/10 just isn’t enough!
From the moment we stepped into the resort we were blown away! The food always tasted great, the drinks were constantly flowing, and the service is remarkable. This was my first time in Mexico and I honestly have to say this was the best trip I’ve ever been on. We’ll be seeing you soon Secret the Vine- Cancun!!! The entire staff was very attentive and welcoming but a few that stuck out were Cesar, Manolo, and Eduardo. Absolutely great experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Paradise found - don't hesitate to book ♾️/10
We found paradise! Not a bad word to say about the hotel, think it's the best hotel stay I've had. Staff are very friendly and can't do enough to make your stay perfect and comfortable. Reviewing as 2 friends in our 30s going for a relaxing break. We upgraded to preferred club upon check-in, it's not a necessity but you get a butler (Oscar was lovely) access to another bar/snack station, access to another restaurant, better view from the room and it was cheaper to do this on check in than prior to our visit. The food was unreal. For breakfast our favourite place to eat was the market cafe buffet, lots to choose from, hot/cold/sweet/savoury options, Cesar was lovely too. Our favourite a la carte was Dragons Asian, followed by the Italian and the steakhouse, some of the best food we have ever eaten. We tend to eat late so didn't experience delays/queues when eating except for one time where we had to wait 30 mins to eat at the Asian (got there 930, seated at 10 and was worth the wait). We didn't really watch the entertainment but the hotel had themed nights and entertainment in different areas. We booked Cocobongo and a day trip to a cenote and Chichen Itza through the hotel which was very easy to do. Chichen Itza is extremely humid so take a hat, suncream and cool clothing. I would recommend this day trip. The resort definitely got busier during our stay but we get up early and never had a problem finding sun beds around the pool though this might be a challenge if you come down after 9.30! Towels are provided. The weather was beautiful, 30 degrees every day and 3 pools to choose from (4 if you're a preferred club member). Servers come around all the time for refreshments and food orders so you don't have to leave the sunbed. The cocktails are lovely and the pool bar menu was nice. Special chefs stations around by the pool are amazing. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The mini bar is replenished daily. We booked a massage one of the days in the spa which was incredible and definitely recommended. All the staff are absolutely amazing. The food was incredible everywhere we ate and we are foodies. Can't wait to return. This is the perfect trip for chilled holiday vibes. definitely 5* , 10000/10.

Outstanding service, food and entertainment
I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are outstanding and the food is excellent. We had a problem getting a table in the restaurants one night and Erika (Chief Concierge) was brilliant. Everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. The service at The Market Cafe was exceptional. Special mention to Michelle, Jose (Manager), Pedro, Humberto, Abigail, Edgar and Giovany. They were all extremely kind and efficient. The entertainment team work so hard. Special mention to Lee who sings on a Monday night - absolutely brilliant. Thank you all. We will be back.

If you are looking for "grown and sexy" only resort, this is the place for you.
Not only was this an adults only resort, it was a "mature" adults only resort. The ambience was peaceful and beautiful. Everyone was grown and sexy and the experience was exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for a party type resort, this is not the place for you.
